I actually meant ZERO rating but the system didn't allow me. Baguze is 💯 SCAM!!! And I was one of their unfortunate victims who ended up $480 lighter. I thought it was a legit online clothing store based in the Netherlands selling Italian styled clothing. WRONG! What I received after placing an order of 8 items at almost $500, wasn't worth$1 dollar in quality. Everything was made out of Terry cloth sort of material. The sh..t a cheap baby bum towel is made of except in this case the items were so bad a baby would rather be left covered in poop than have these clothing as a wipe! Pure Garbage!! Not even fit for a sewer rat heading out anywhere. This website and business NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!

Baguze is a scam. The website suggests they are based in the Netherlands, but the production is in China. The quality is very poor and the article I purchased is not as represented on the website. Returns have to be sent back to the facility in China, or a refund of 30% is offered. Given the cost of shipping, the company is undoubtedly anticipating that most customers take the partial refund. Avoid: I wish I had.

False advertising. Product doesn't look like the picture. Advertised as free shipping tot he UK which is wrong, had to pay additional tax. Refused to refund me. Terrible quality of product. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Clothes are of bad quality, no tags on clothes, not all clothes delivered and no return possibility. Money spent = Money Lost.

Ordered a cashmere sweater - what arrived was definitely not cashmere. Unable to verify as all tags or labels have been removed. Website has no options for returns.

Ordered shoes which never arrived on the Shop app. Email 4 times and no response now almost 1 month since I purchased.
Reporting them via Shop now in the hope they don’t scam anybody else. Never order from them!

They're a scam! Website shows a nice looking store in The Netherlands - look up the address and it's a residential house. Clothing came with zero labels and poor quality. I ordered a men's XL and it was a woman's small at best. They initially responded to emails and then stopped responding. They claim you can return the items and this is clearly not true. Do not buy anything from Baguze.

Product was not authentic and was quite expensive. Poor quality, all labels written in Chinese, weird sizing (large is akin to a men’s small). Returns require email communication. Baguze does not reply to emails, therefore impossible to return.

Took ages to deliver and every single item that arrived was about 5 sizes smaller than they said it was. They also said one item was cashmere and it wasn't (not even close)

Let op met bestellen bij dit bedrijf. Mijn man heeft een winterjas besteld. Deze bleek te klein te zijn. Inderdaad bij het retouren proberen ze je af te kopen met 15% korting. Uiteindelijk niets aan een jas die niet past. Daarna teruggestuurd naar Azie. Nu ligt de jas al drie maanden bij de douane in China. Netjes een mail gestuurd dat zij de douane moeten contacten (volgens POST-NL). Uiteraard krijg ik geen reactie meer van het bedrijf op mijn mails. NIET BESTELLEN BIJ DIT BEDRIJF!

Als er wat mis is ( wat dus is ) komt het erop neer dat je het mag retourneren naar Azië en zelf moet betalen
Ze proberen het eerst af te kopen met 15% korting en dan artikel houden i.v.m. milieu bla bla bla
Dus niks kopen hier !

Ik heb een Baguze bomberjas besteld kijk op de foto zit aan de bovenkant van de mouw een embleem maar als je de jas na 2 weken uit China krijgt is het niet de Jas van op de foto.
Ze hebben op de website een winkel staan hebben ze niet ze verkopen uit huis Papevoort 10 5503PL Veldhoven NB tussen handelaars.
En dan het retour beleid terug sturen naar China en zelf de retour kosten betalen en de invoerrechten ook nog en dan mailen U krijgt 15 % van de aankoop bedrag en dan mag U de Jas houden hij koste mij 49.95 euro hij is nog geen 10 euro waard.
Hier zal ik niets kopen mensen dit is pure oplichting wij gaan ook hierbij een vervolg van maken.
Er is aangifte gedaan bij de politie.
Het heeft nog een vervolg?

Op de foto zie je een dure, dikke kabeltrui. het ziet eruit als n gebreide trui. de prijs is hoger is dan bij de meeste kleding webshops dus verwacht je een echte mooie trui.In werkelijkheid is het een soort synthetische, gefotografeerde fleece trui van nog geen 10,00 euro waarde.

Dit is dropshipping in z'n meest pure vorm waar ik dus ook ingetrapt ben.
De website oogt erg mooi, maar schijn bedriegt.
- de foto's van de winkel zijn nep, deze bestaat namelijk helemaal niet, het adres op de site is van een gewoon rijtjeshuis middenin een woonwijk
- het telefoonnummer op de site is niet in gebruik
- op e-mails wordt niet gereageerd
Ik had een vest gekocht in de maat xxl, na meer dan 2 weken binnengekomen met de China stickers er nog op, het vest is zo klein dat mijn (kleine) handen geeneens door de mouwen heen passen en de binnenvoering van het vest komt tot aan mijn middel en ik ben 1,87m lang.
Ik doe aangifte en probeer mijn geld terug te krijgen via mijn bank.
Bestel dus nooit wat via deze site!

Update: omdat ik met mijn creditcard betaald had, is het gelukt om mijn geld terug te krijgen via de bank.
Aangifte heb ik gedaan bij acm consuwijzer.

Er staat eenvoudig retourbeleid op de site. Dat is alles behalve waar. Je kunt op de site niet vinden hoe je iets moet terugsturen. Ik had een tas besteld die geen 40 euro waard is. Dat klopt ook wel, want na heel veel mailtjes, blijkt dat alle spullen uit China te komen.En wordt door dit bedrijf waarschijnlijk 3 keer zoveel geld voor gevraagd. Ik kon het zelf terug sturen naar China werd mij verteld. Dat kost nog meer dan de hele tas. Ze boden mij 10 euro aan wat ik kon terugkrijgen. En dat was al een hele uitzondering zeiden ze. De tas was net amper 10 euro waard. Erg slecht, dus nooit wat kopen bij dit bedrijf!!!

Op 31 december 2024 een bestelling geplaatst en betaald.
Op 15 januari 2025 niets ontvangen, het genoemde telefoonnummer is niet in gebruik, De bestelling is niet bekend in de administratie.
Lijkt oplichting.
Op 24 februari kreeg ik het betaalde geld op mijn rekening teruggestort. Dus geen oplichting maar wel zeer traag werkend.
