Iris Grunewald at Balearic Properties is the most genuine and professional estate agent that we have ever met. She is multi lingual and multi talented with a real depth of knowledge. The organisation runs like clockwork and the marketing team behind Iris are all very capable and available.

Have asked multiple times over a 4 week period to remove our property for sale. They choose to ignore, can only put it down to very bad management. Avoid if you can when searching to buy a property there are many more well run agencies on the island.
