PLEASE, CAN ANYONE HELP? ORDERED FOR MORE THEN 100 EURO ON THE 26.06.2022 and i still havent received my order and today is 13.07.2022 they dont answer my emails,feel desparate, please can anyone give me a email where i can kontakt them and get a response?

I don’t get eny response from them. I emailed them and I send them a couple messages at instagram. Zero response. I ordered some products at their website but they never came. My track and trace said it was delivered. It’s crazy that I don’t get eny response. I want to know where my order is or I want my money back

I ordered the product with the standard shipping method and the order never got delivered to my address nor the post office. The only thing that the complaint has told me replying to my emails, is to get in touch with the royal mail and it does not help at all as there isn’t even a tracking number.

Første gang jeg brugte deres selv bruner, som er den mørkeste, var jeg ik helt tilfreds med farven, blev ikke brun nok.

Jeg har så for 2 dage siden, brugt den igen, hvor jeg lod den sidde i omkring 11 timer og jeg elsker så meget farven.
Folk spørger om jeg taget meget sol, så det ser naturligt ud.

Leveringen var vidst en uges tid, blev overrasket over hvor hurtigt det gik.

Så tilfreds.

Ich war sehr enttäuscht, hab den instant tan gekauft, das auftragen war sehr anstrengend und es war sehr fleckig und vorallem färbte es meega aif alle kleider ab! Auch 1 tag danach. Umd das beste, ich habe das bei balibodys instagram kommentiert und sie haben meinen kommentar einfach gelöscht! Schade! 100.- aus dem fenster geworfen!

Geruch und trocknet nicht
Das Paket kam innerhalb von einem Tag, hat alles gepasst, sieht alles super aus - nur ...
Der Bali Body Fake Tan Remover funktioniert einwandfrei, genauso wie der Exfoliating Mit.
Ich hab mir das Selftan Mousse in ultra dark bestellt. Riecht beim auftragen eigentlich angenehm, trocknet aber gar nicht... Ich habe es um 19:00 Uhr aufgetragen und war teilweise am nächsten morgen noch immer an manchen Stellen feucht, fazit: mein Gewand und Bett wurde extrem dreckig... Nach dem abduschen heute hat der typische Selbstbräuner Geruch angefangen :/
Zu dem Face Tan Water kann ich noch nicht soviel sagen, außer, dass es nach 1 Anwendung kaum bemerkbar ist ...
Ja bin etwas enttäuscht

It's sad tgat I'm joining the army of people, who had the same disappointing experience.

Order placed, shipped, stuck somewhere, with an update on the tracking website, stating to pay the fees (no option to pay).

Contacted the customer service team, who remains silent until today. Requested a refund, hoping I can get my money back.

I'm surprised this business still exists in the States.

I do not recommend dealing with these scammers, as they have no respect for their customers, nor any business ethic whatsoever.

Balibody fremsendt pakke, som ikke er bestilt!

Jeg har modtaget en pakke med diverse produkter fra Balibody sendt via Active Ants i Holland. Jeg kender hverken til deres navn eller produkter og finder det meget foruroligende at få tilsendt noget, som jeg ikke har bestilt og har interesse i! (Ordre nr. EU231059, som ses i pakken). Balibody kan afhente deres uanmodet pakke på min adresse, jeg har ikke tænkt mig at bruge mere tid på det.

One star is being generous. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I paid for my products and never received them, I have been in ongoing disputes with them for months trying to get my money back. My bank has contacted them, mastercard is now on their case. Don't waste your money or time with BB. Awful customer service, daylight robbery!

I can’t believe these reviews!! I’ve tried so many different fake tans and Bali body knocks them out the park!

I do agree it is quite sticky but when you have dry skin like me I don’t mind it as this is the only fake tan that doesn’t give me dry/ uneven patches (always exfoliate!). I always use this in the evening when I have a spare few hours at home and don’t need to put on any tight clothes (a loose kimono works very well).

I’ve also used the face tanning water this week which is now a must have for me!

The mousse colour is amazing (I use ultra dark for 3 hours) doesn’t stink and the face water tanner is really even and makes you glow! The face tanner isn’t sticky and does actually dry quite fast, Love it!

The worst company do not trust them. They will take your money and not ship your product.

Weeks I’ve given them the opportunity to set this right. So now I have to take to social media and shaming them which appears to be a frequent thing for them.

You have been warned.

Never got my package of $80. Company never responded to my emails. I am in the process with my credit card to try to get my money back. Terrible customer service! And how about getting a company customer service phone number for customers to use? What a concept! Losers.

My order never arrived as it was lost in transit. Bali body refused to refund me even though it wasn’t my fault the package was never delivered. Terrible customer service - will not be buying from them again.

I got the 1 hour express self tan and the tanning mitt after watching great reviews on YouTube. Both items were an absolute disappointment. The tan is veryyyy sticky, even up to an hour after application. It comes off when sweating even a little bit (and that is after having washed the tan off in the shower). It does not last long and starts going patchy on day 3, really ugly white marks, no fading. Initially, I was very impressed with the tanning mitt as I loved the soft velvet and even result it gave me but after only using it for a month the inside of the mitt has disintegrated and has holes in it so now I have to wear a plastic glove if I want to use the mitt. Avoid this company, I have used cheaper tans that are much much better!!

Disappointed in myself for falling for this. Overpriced and cannot return once opened. So. sticky, feels absolutely repulsive on skin and tan doesn't last. Good reviews are sponsored, no question.

The dark was ok when in cold weather but after getting ultra dark for a holiday it stained my clothes. Comes off when you sweat and is definitely not workout proof. Also sticky and doesn’t dry down once applied

Habe mir das tanning oil watermelon bestellt. Leider riecht es total abgestanden und alt! Absolut nicht nach wassermelone. Nach anfrage bei bali body kam alt antwort „ jedem gefällt ein anderer geruch, tut uns leid dass es dir nicht gefällt!“ danke für nichts.

Ekstremt skuffende. Har prøvet næsten alle selvbrunere på markedet, og har mange erfaringer med hvordan man skal påføre det osv. Denne her selvbruner er spild af penge. Man får en smuk kulør ja, men efter 2 dage begynder den at skalle helt forfærdeligt, og bliver simpelthen SÅ grim. Så meget som den skaller på 2. dag, vil typisk først ske på 7-8 dag med en god selvbruner såsom Bondi Sands. Har kontaktet dem og forventer mine penge retur.

Bit concerned, Using the Balibody dark mouse for the third time now and same reaction has started. Light headedness and dizzyness, after two hours. It’s happened for the third time now so I know it isn’t a coincidence. I think there is something harmful in the ingredients that is causing this, it’s also extremely sticky and feels suffocating to the skin.

Really disappointed won’t be using again.
The marketing is great but the products aren’t very good at all.

Stick to other fake tans this ain’t it.
