The communication prior to booking was excellent. The villa exceeded are expectations; it was modern but homely, clean and had everything you needed! We was greeted by a member of staff that explained she’d be at our villa from 9-3pm to do any cleaning or help organise things to do for us. She was amazing and kept the villa sparkling! The pool was cleaned while we was there too. Couldn’t believe the service for the price. 1350 aus dollars for 10 days! Amazing! Will definitely used this company again.

From booking to arrival our holiday was fantastic. The villa was beautiful and our butler kadek was awesome.

We stayed at the Villa Anahata in Seminyak and we couldn't fault both the Villa and staff. Our main staff Putu went over and above what was expected from her and was only too pleased to help us with advice and support. As we were first time travelers to Bali, this was invaluable to us. We would highly recommend Bali Villa Escapes and especially any Villa Putu is working at.

We had excellent customer service online prior to rental from Ade, who answered all queries in a timely fashion. Any problems were quickly solved and in our favour.
The villa itself, while not the one I originally chose, was delightful, clean and spacious. The Villa staff were gentle and considerate.
While Candidasa was perfect for most of my family- the teenagers would have preferred to be much closer to some sort of action.
Regardless we had a very good experience using this company and I would recommend them to my friends.

Fast turnaround, great service, brilliant villa.

Great Villa close to all the shops in Seminyak. A little bit tricky too first find but when you do it's easy to get your bearings and find where everything is.

We had a great holiday at Villa Gladak ,Wayan was fantastic!

Had a great stay in Villa Calypso, seem less from start of booking to end of stay.
Maddi the housekeeper was fantastic.

The villa was amazing, although at least once a day there was a dead cockroach. The communication was good, until we thought we needed something and then everything had to be double checked. After the whole holiday the driver didn't know transfers weren't included and we had a short little chat that resulted in him having to call management

Our Seminyak villa, Villa Lili, was perfect for our girls getaway. The location was perfect and the staff looked after us beautifully. Thank you
