As first-time buyers

As first-time buyers, the mortgage process felt quite overwhelming at first, but David at Ballard Associates made everything much easier for us. He was extremely professional, patient, and always willing to explain things clearly so we could understand every step of the process.
David was very responsive and kept us informed throughout, which really helped reduce the stress of buying our first home. His guidance and support gave us a lot of confidence that we were making the right decisions.
We are very grateful for all his help and would highly recommend David and Ballard Associates to anyone looking for reliable and professional mortgage advice.

As a first time buyer, David has guided me through the mortgage process excellently and was also happy to answer any other questions I had about the buying process as a whole. Very helpful and responsive throughout. I definitely recommend!

Absolute star

We could not have got this mortgage without David. We had spoken to other lenders, but they did not like the fact my mother would be borrowing into retirement. We did receive an offer, but the payments would have been far too steep. David, on the other hand, found us a suitable lender very quickly within our budget.

David has provided excellent service throughout and has gone above and beyond for us. We have not had to worry about a thing as he made everything stress-free, and his advice was much needed. He has explained everything fully, replied promptly, and helped us along the way. After our mortgage offer, we were provided with advice on income protection, life insurance, and critical illness cover. David has been very knowledgeable and has answered all of our questions.

We cannot thank him enough for his help, especially since we were in a bit of a rush as we were given a section 21. My mum needed to start a mortgage (if she was going to do one) as she was getting older. Had it not been for David, we would have still been stuck in the private renting sector.

Thank you so much for making my lifetime dream of owning a home a reality.

Fantastic Service

Amazing Advisor

After a troubling start with a different advisor, David and Nicole were a breath of fresh air. Extremely supportive and understanding. They made the experience stress free and were extremely reassuring. Really competitive price, which we were more than happy to pay. The quality of the service exceeded what we paid.

Knowledge and responsive

They made the whole mortgage process way less stressful than I expected. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond whenever I had questions.

They really took the time to walk me through everything and found me a great deal. I felt supported from start to finish.
