I ordered balloons and chocolates for a friend's landmark birthday. The balloons were lovely and delivered on time. Sadly, the chocolates were never delivered. Despite my repeated requests, they neither delivered the chocolates nor refunded me. They never even responded to my emails. All of this comounded compels me to give a low rating.

Would give 0 stars if that was an option. They took my money (I even paid extra for a more targeted delivery window) and the balloons never showed up for my dad’s birthday. I do not understand how this website is still up. It’s a scam. They take your money with no intention of delivering the service.

Stay away from this company their scammers.

Very very bad experience, made an order of 180$ and never got the delivery!
No one answered the phone, sent 3 emails and still no response!

I wish I would have read reviews first. I placed an order for delivery by 2pm. I did not receive the order. I called the number over 8 times and there is no other way to get in contact with them. I have zero faith I will ever get the order and they just took my money. It's extremely disappointing. Save yourself the headache and use someone else.

I put in an order for a delivery in NYC. Got confirmation email. But balloons were not delivered. Tried calling them and sent emails several times but got no reply!!!!
I am very upset they were for my daughters birthday party.

I had made a large ballon order for my child’s graduation party and one of the big lettered balloons in “GRAD” had broken as a result of my own fault. When I called their number I was very desperate as the party was coming up very soon and I couldn’t get that big letter near me urgently. They spent the time to hear my situation and listen. They responded on how they would help me and the best logistics to get me the balloon. They fixed the situation for me and delivered the broken lettered balloon within no time. It was unbelievable. It was so refreshing to have such great customer service that actually cared and provided a great product. I will be ordering more balloons for my kids events from here.

I did not received my order and I could not communicate with them. I email them and call but nobody responded.
I ask for a refund.

Wish I’d read the reviews!!! No communication. Showed up two hours after 6 hour delivery window ended with zero communication despite repeated phone calls and messages. I ordered replacement balloons. Promised a refund and didn’t refund me and now I have a claim open with my cc company.

WORST EXPERIENCE. DO NOT USE!!!!
Balloons arrived nearly 4 hours late at the end of the day. I spent a fair amount of money for my order... part of which was damaged and the other part missing.
No calls nor emails were returned as customer service is non existent.

Horrific experience using this company, please save yourself the stress and disappointment and use someone else. I was stuck between them and the hotel, one of them was lying and blaming it on the other. At the end of the day the balloons were not delivered, and it was to celebrate my Mother’s special Birthday. Rubbish Customer Service, would not put themselves out to satisfy the Customer. Nightmare!
