Great quality latex so blowing up was easy no popping. Great customer service. Delivery time was also good. They got the address number backwards so they were delivered to a neighbour but they assisted with tracking and stayed on phone until I located them and apoligised for the inconvenience.

We were running out of time to order balloons for our Launch event and I organically came across the company through a google search. The process for placing the order was really simple and intuitive - it guides on on building your balloon. Things got a tiny bit confusing after placing the order due to an inconsistency with the supplier name domain? I had balloonprinting and then Bonza balloons. I gathered they were the same company after a little while but because I was ordering multiple items from lots of suppliers I was a little confused... overall a good experience.

The customer service was consistently good and the delivery prompt.

The fact that they made sure what we wanted they were able to provide it.
