Horrible money refunds. I am waiting for more than one month for my money and they even don't reply emails ! A shame ! Almost scam !

I’ve received used shoes?? On my Jordan 5’s one shoes was missing the lace lock missing the paper inside the sole and other had marks on the bottom of the shoe. So far the the support was in no use
The worst ever boots shop. Vans slippers tear of after few times wearing. I have read many such reviews. Now I know, that I can't buy anything in Lithuania, without previously searching info about the seller.
Ordered a pair of Adidas Evo SL for running for a very fair price of 91€. I live in Finland and the package was delivered from Estonia. I expected the delivery to take a week or so but it took only a little over two days to be delivered to the pick-up-box. Amazing! The only bad thing was the fact that the shoe box was a bit damaged (as someone else said about their shoe box too).
Recieved the correct shoes (Nike Zoom Vomero 5) within the estimated arrival time. Easy to order and seems legit even tho I was a bit suspicious because of other reviews and experiences. For me 5/5 experience. Only - is that the shoe box had taken a bit hit but it's not their fault I think.

Šią parduotuvę reikia apeiti! Visiški chamai parduodantys brokuotą avalynę. Akropoly vietoj neturėjo mano dydžio new balance sportbačių , pasiūlė užsakyti internetu. Užsisakius ir gavus po poros mėnesių avėjimo plyšo kulnas , ko pasėkoje nusiuntus nuotraukas jie atsakė , kad tai nudėvėjimas ir neteisingas avėjimas avalynės. Turbūt pajuokavo… pasikreipus į vartotojų teises , atsakymas buvo toks , kad interneto parduotuvė priklauso Estijai ir jie negali nagrinėt , nebent kreiptis į Europos vartotojų centrą , pasikreipus ten , atsakymas , kad jie neturi įtakos ar galios nurodyti jiems , nebent spręsti taikiu būdu situaciją. Bet jie neduoda jokio atsakymo jau ketvirtą mėnesį. Ir gali jo neduot.
No customer service. Dont answer in chat/email. dont pay back canceled order. No trust. Dont order from ballzy. Had to contact mastercard to step in. Baaad service -3/10. Shitty online shop…

Problems with delivery, issues with refunds, client support was not relevant, and they didn't reply at all.
The refund process is horrible. I'm rather sure they are on purpose so slow that people wouldn't bother sending stuff back or wanting a refund. It took them almost a month to register my package that I sent back. Then I get an email that they have finally done so just to see that it will take another 5-10 business days to get my refund. So in total I had to wait 37 days to get refunded for a shirt.... For example when I send something back in Zalando on Monday by the end of the week I have my money back. DO BETTER BALLZLESS!
Don’t buy anything from ballzy.eu, you’ll lose your money. I bought a pair of LeBrons in July. The size was wrong and I had to return the shoes. They haven’t paid me back the shoes. They don’t reply to my messages either. It’s a suspicios webstore you should avoid.

I bought a pair of jordan 1 the website stated that there was 1 in stock so i bought it. The order went through. Then a 8 days had past since i bought no shipping trakcing number. Then i deceded do call them and ask why i had not got my shoes. Then they say that the shoes were out of stock. But how do you sell me a shoe that you dont have. And if i dident call then i woud have wated weeks for my shoes. They send no emails no sms nothing.
Never buying from them again
I received defective shoes from them. I liked the shoes overall so I wanted to change them to the same ones without defects, and inspect them before. Also I didn't want to pay twice for not having their quality assured. But of course exchange is not possible even if there is a physical store in my city. I had to order the same shoes again and hope that they will be of good quality. The second pair was much better, I kept them. The refund came only after two weeks.
The next time I ordered two items. No message from the e-shop within a period of two weeks although they promise to send in 1-7 days. Two weeks later, I got an email saying that one of the items was no longer available and they would only send one. How can you resell an item that has already been purchased? After almost 3 weeks of waiting, I received one of the two items I bought.
There is no tracking of the shipment, no communication, they do not update on shipping procedure like others do. You pay and you never know if you will receive it, when you will receive it and what quality it will be. I do nor recommend.
I returned shoes I purchased, they did come quickly, and everything was fine. But, returning is easy too, but I didn't get my money back. Bots in customer service sent every time same message, but different name. Last email what I got, was some guy, who said money had been transferred to my account. After 21 days, still nothing
I ordered a lot's of clothes, most of them I returned and got my money back as promised
