I know many legal aid funded lawyers would’ve just instructed him to plead guilty and got the best (AND QUICKEST) outcome possible..
THRY DOD NOT!! They took the extra time & energy required to get the charges dismissed altogether.
As Robert support worker, I was the one that shows the lawyer. Because when I was a young Street kid running off the rails more than 20 years ago, I came to Bernies office. And Simon Zebrowski got me a 2nd chance on legal aid as well.
I know Simon’s a magistrate these days.. but it’s nice to know the next generation have come through and the same standards are being met.
When Robert came to me, asking for help on this matter.. once again 20+ years later other than calling Balmer and associates, I didn’t really know what else to do. It worked out for the best possible result every time.

Having been through two major criminal cases in the past 9 years, one for a shooting the other for a drug lab the easiest way to sum up Balmer& Associates efforts is to say that I’m home with family writing this review.
