Total scam. Placed an order on the promise of same day despatch. 3 days later order is showing as 'in progress' and company won't answer the phone, and will not reply to email enquiries. Wish I had first read the other reviews on Trustpilot before placing an order with these scammers. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

This “company” is a scam. They took my money and never shipped the products I ordered. They then proceeded to block me on social media after I questioned where my order was and asked for my money back. Trying to email through their website was a joke, too. I’ve sent countless emails and they’ve all gone unanswered. My own fault for not doing research beforehand, I suppose, but shame on these disgraceful people.

I ordered and paid for two items in early April. After a couple of weeks I received an email saying that they were out of stock and that I would be getting a refund. Almost two months later I have erceived NOTHING. I email them every day and they have not replied once. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

Do not buy from this company, They are a scam. I ordered several items and only received one and they have never responded to my repeated attempts to reach them. I wish I had researched them before buying. Worst online shopping ever!

I'm glad that there are other bad reviews about this company. I had a terrible experience with their customer services last year and still feel annoyed. I ordered bandanas before going on chemotherapy as I was worried about hair loss. I ordered 4 bandanas all of which I considered to be quite thin and poor quality. I attempted to contact the company but there was a message on their contact page saying that they wouldn't be replying to emails for 4 weeks because of holidays, so I waited until the end of their holiday time and contacted them again asking if I could return 3 out of the 4 bandanas. (I was prepared to keep one as I had ironed it to see if it looked better with the creases out - it didn't) they said they couldn't take back the bandanas as the refund/exchange period had lapsed. I informed them of the message I got about their holidays, but they completely ignored this issue. I explained that I was a cancer patient and consequently on limited funds but they said most of their customers were cancer patients and they couldn't make an exception. I think this is appallingly cruel customer treatment and have urged all my contacts to boycott this company. Incidentally I donated the bandanas to my local cancer care centre who agreed that the fabric was pretty poor too!

Avoid this company! I tried to return the bandanas because of the awful material and shabby finish, but the 'customer services' failed to respond to my emails. I gave up in the end. Wouldn't even blow my nose on them!

I have bought two products and received only one.
All my emails were ignored and their phone goes straight to the voicemail after few seconds.
Very dissapointing...

I wanted some bandanas, found this site and ordered a couple to test them out. It shipped very quickly and bandanas are exactly what I wanted.

I plan to order again!
