I cannot recommend this casino. After winning $200 on a promotional credit, the platform blocked my redemption. Support claimed a $100 limit applied (which was not clearly stated), but even that amount remains unwithdrawable. It’s clear they have no intention of honoring wins. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Most importantly they're legit their redemptions are instant and there's no interrupting your game with advertisements I wish the site format was a little easier to use to find the games I want to play I don't think I can save favorites

The redemption speed is definitely false advertising, once you start winning and go to redeem, they start giving you the runaround. There’s way better platforms to use. I’d stay away but it’s your money do what you want. They will probably do a copy and paste response below

Was a little rocky at first but all the reps were kind and helpful.

Ridiculous. I bought in for $300, played live table games, and built my balance up to around $800. I then realized that the playthrough requirement applies to slots only, which was not clearly communicated.

So I switched to slots and played through the full $300 amount. However, I then discovered that playthrough does not actually convert your balance into redeemable funds. Instead, it appears that only winnings generated directly from slot play count as redeemable Sweeps Coins (SC). This means that even after completing the playthrough requirement, my balance was still not eligible for redemption.

At that point, my balance dropped back down to $300. The system showed that I could redeem that amount, which led me to reasonably believe that the playthrough requirement had been satisfied. Based on that, I returned to live table games and again built my balance back up to around $800.

After doing that, I was only able to redeem $35 out of approximately $800.

I contacted support and was simply told to review the terms and conditions, and that table games do not count toward redeemable SC, only slots do. So I then used the remaining balance to play slots again, attempting to generate eligible winnings, and ultimately lost the entire balance.

If the system only allows redemption from slot-generated winnings, that needs to be clearly stated and consistently reflected in the interface. Showing that funds are redeemable and then effectively reversing that based on gameplay type is extremely misleading.

My main concern is this: if table games cannot produce redeemable SC under any circumstances, then why are SC live table games even offered? There is no clear warning that playing them will prevent or reduce redemption eligibility.

I have never experienced this level of confusion or inconsistency on any other social casino platform.

I am requesting a clear explanation of how redeemable SC is actually calculated, and why my account displayed redeemable funds that were not truly eligible.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and misleading.

I've made several upon several deposits but not once have I can close to cashing out. Not once. This casino loves to take take take but never wants to give you anything but a measly buck everytime you lose your deposits which is everytime. Customer support couldn’t give me any estimate on when I’d receive my money, which was disappointing. It feels inconsistent and concerning when larger withdrawals are handled differently. I just want transparency if larger withdrawals take longer, that should be clearly stated instead of labeled as ‘instant.

They advertise instant payouts - this is NOT the case. Multiple days to confirm my cards I used and now waiting multiple days for only a $300 redemption. Starting to get nervous that I was scammed. Spinquest is a great casino that actually pays instantly and I’d recommend them instead.

I won a little more than $400 and requested a $400 redemption. It took awhile because there were some snags on my end and they were doing their due diligence to make sure there wasn’t a scam going on.
