Joe went above and beyond to make the most beautiful banner for our wedding. From an initial drawing we sent over, to ensuring that our cats looked exactly as they should, Joe and the team at Banner Department far exceeded our expectations. So many of our guests took photos of the banner and shared how much they loved it too. We now have it displayed in our home - it is without doubt the best thing we bought for our wedding! Thank you, Joe!

Excellent customer service. Great communication on ordering and designing the banner. My banner was for my wedding but due to illness I had to postpone. I got in touch with the team to see if there was anyway they could altar the date. They said absolutely and we will just charge postage! Amazing 🤩

The banner department, did such an amazing job of designing and making our wedding banner. They managed to pull a beautiful design from my very vague description and then we're ridiculously patient when I the nitpicked the design to make it perfect. The quality of the make was second to none and received so many compliments. I look forward to hanging it in my home as a beautiful price of art!

We had a theme/vibe for our wedding but struggled to put into words or imagine how we could capture it in our banner. Joe was brilliant at taking our slightly jumbled ideas and turning them into something amazing! They were so patient and were happy to do a few tweaks.

We are so so so pleased with it!!! Its amazing!! The amount of hard work and attention to detail put into the banner is incredible. We had so many guest comment and compliment the banner. What a lovely way to keep the memory of the day going by displaying it in our home afterwards too.

We have just received our banner all ready for our big day in 6 weeks and seeing our design brought to life so beautifully by Joe has been amazing. We've had a slight mishap with a colour match but this was resolved fairly and quickly with Joe and we cannot fault the craftsman ship and dedication that is so evidently poured into his skill. Beautiful banner that has clearly had so much time thought and skill go into it. I really liked how comfortable I was made to feel requesting design amends to make sure the final design was exactly what I wanted.

We’re so happy with the banner the team made for our wedding. We were so picky with feedback and tweaks (we must have been very annoying), but Joe & Amy came back quickly with amendments and drafts to show us. Communication throughout the process was great. When the banner itself arrived we were so pleased, it was exactly as the previews we were sent, and the workmanship is gorgeous.

The quality and detail are incredible! The team at the banner department are felt magicians.

My banner is high quality and well made. I was shown options for my design and they knew exactly what I wanted for my brand. Paying through Klarna also helped me pay for my banner too. Highly recommend these guys. My banner was made on time too! Delivered in perfect condition. Thank you guys!

What a great service from start to finish. Communication was fab, helping me bring our banner to life and updates on the delivery. The finished banner is beautiful. Customer service from the very beginning was impeccable! Nothing was too much trouble and we were so pleased with the finished product. We used the banner for our wedding and loved it so much it was part of the whole day - the Ceremony, then moved to top table, then finished with it on the DJ booth. Even now we’ve hung it in our living room! Totally worth the money and a keepsake we’ll have forever

Amazing service. Sent my hand drawn design over to the team and they did the absolute best job, even better than we expected!! It's tricky when you are able to draw your design and then trust the people making something out of it but they absolutely smashed it out of the park! It's a beautiful keepsake for our big day that we will treasure forever
