Har handlet her flere ganger og hver gang er det rask levering og bra kvalitet på produktene. Det var også rask og hyggelig kundeservice da jeg skulle returnere en vare og bytte til en annen.

Poor delivery and tracking system…

This was my third time ordering from BARA Sportswear over the past few years, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently poor.

My latest order was placed on March 26 and only arrived on April 21. This is significantly longer than the delivery timeframe stated on the website. As a customer located in Estonia, very close to Sweden, this level of delay is especially difficult to understand.

While delays can happen, the main issue is the tracking system. The tracking updates did not reflect the actual movement of the parcel. The status remained unchanged for a long time and was later updated with a new date without any real progress. Only much later did the parcel actually start moving according to the local carrier.

This makes the tracking unreliable and misleading from a customer perspective.

After three similar experiences, it is clear that this is not a one-time issue but a recurring pattern.

I will not be ordering again. If you decide to order, be aware that delivery may take significantly longer than stated and tracking information may not be accurate.

Virkelig langsom levering - endnu ikke kommet 3 uger efter.

Virkelig langsom levering. Og virkelig ærgerligt for deres produkter er så lækre, men jeg bestilte den 27. marts og nu her den 21. april, kan jeg på tracking se, at det ikke har flyttet sig fra Karlstad siden 14. april... Pengene blev allerede trukket den 31. marts. Virkelig dårlig stil og ingen 'beklager den lange ventetid' eller nogen form for kommunikation omkring hvor mine varer er, eller hvor lang tid, jeg skal vente på at modtage mine varer...

Order not received

I placed an order on March 12 and have still not received it after more than a month. The tracking has not been updated since March 30.

Customer support responded, but only with generic explanations about customs delays and no concrete solution. They also claimed there was a recent tracking update, which is not visible on my end.

I even received an automated email asking me to confirm delivery, although the parcel has not arrived.

Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, especially considering the order value (~148€). I expected more reliable shipping and clearer communication from a European brand.

Deliveries to Denmark usually take 7–14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This delay was due to customs clearance and the recent long holiday, which slowed carriers. We’re in touch with DHL for updates, and if your package is proven lost, we’ll gladly send a replacement.

Bestilte 13/3. Stadig ingen pakke. Har skrevet 3 mails til kundeservice og de bliver ved med at forsikre mig at den lander i min postkasse om ganske få dage. Via track n trace kunne jeg se at pakken strandede i Sverige i 7-8 dage før de overhovedet printede et forsendelsesmærkat. Nu har den ligget mindst lige så lang tid et sted i Tyskland hvor der heller ikke er sket andet end at de har skrevet at de nu vil overveje at begynde så småt at tænkte på om de vil kaste sig ud i eventuelt at fundere på at sende pakken til Danmark. Så Norge-Sverige-tyskland-?-Danmark - hvad er klimaovervejelserne om at mine leggings skal det halve Europa rundt. I mellemtiden er de leggings jeg havde bestilt sat ned med 40%. Det gør det jo ekstra træls.

Buksene hadde god passform, men opplevde å få hull i 2 av 3 bukser på under 7 mnd. Noe jeg synes er synd mtp prisen.

Oppdatering: god opplevelse med kundeservice. De var veldig imøtekommende, hyggelige og tilbød meg nytt produkt

Huijausta!

On kulunut nyt 6 viikkoa siitä kun tilasin 3 housut, jotka eivät koskaan saapuneet, arvoltaan n200€. Mitään ei ole tapahtunut vaikka olen lähettänyt useita kyselyitä. Toistavat Ihmeellisiä "automaatti"vastauksia, joissa toivotaan käännyttävän heidän puoleensa jos ongelmia esiintyy. Olen pyytänyt rahojanikin takaisin mutta tietenkin tuloksetta!
