Clippers are not sharp and pull hairs out which is very painful.Tried E mailing Trimsher but e mail returned undeliverable.DONT waste your time and money as they are virtually useless products

Ordered, never arrived, they won't take responsibility, I have CCTV, nothing, my agreement was with them not some unknown transport company, the company should have the proof too, was my argument, yes I ordered extra heads with warranty too, got nothing,
Andreas from the company just kept emailng saying, it's delivered. You chase it up. It's typical of Chinese trading after they have your money, seen it for years.

Bought this heap of junk through E7COM.
Only used them once, they cut my neck and pulled hairs from my beard when the teeth jammed.
Tried to return them to seller,to no avail,they didn't want to know,as they said "Because I got PayPal involved with my dispute,they could not deal with me any more".

I should of read all reviews, mine turned up yesterday, absolute crap wont cut my beard nothing like the video in advert ,they dont hold a charge ,very poor quality, people selling these are just thives

Please, I will not allowed myself to be used to defraud another innocent person in Morocco in Africa, because I did not purchased the fake item from that address. PayPal should be smart than this. Why are you supporting this fraudulent people to defraud people using PayPal.

I have contact the UK police and a search in on the way.

I am not the one who placed the review there. PayPal, please be smart in your judgment. They’re a smart Criminal. Please, I paid for the first shipment and I was deceived the product was coming in from the Uk. I do not have a business with Morocco, in Africa. It’s their duty to send me a paid label to send it back to the UK not Morocco. They want me to mailed a fake product to an Islamic country and I will be the target no I will not.

I did not buy any product from that country rather I bought it from the UK from the fake address they claimed. They should send me a paid label to the UK so I when I post it, then the police would be made aware of who received the product. There are a lot of people looking for them. I am not the only person they’ve defrauded, but I will not let them go away with this. I will fight it to the last.

No refund, no return. I got faulty T-blade trimmer. They sell Chinese overpriced trimmers for 30£ - same you can find on wish for 5-10£. Also they using advert of skills and abilities of Babyliss Gold FX Skeleton trimmer worth around 150£ to sell their crap - that’s how they got me.

Ordered clipper guards. Didn't fit but won't refund. Says sale items are not refundable but all items that they sell seem to be sale items!!!!!! AVOID!!!!!!!!!

I was a little worried/doubtful about receiving my order of hair clippers? To my delight ordered arrived a little late but they are what I was expecting. I was able to use straight out of the box, really nice packaging very impressive, I’m looking forward to using clippers for a long time Great stuff

I had high expectations from the hair clippers that I bought from Barbefy, after viewing very convincing advertising on Facebook. However, I was very disappointed with the extremely overpriced junk that I received. Cheap Chinese rubbish, item not as described and parts missing. Don't waste your money.

This company is awful, what they advertise and send is not what you get..Cheap crap the minute I cast eyes on the trimmers, tried to call but the number doesn't work and they keep relying via automated email. Refused to issue refund so going to try get the bank to sort out. Do not even buy their products and spare your money

Cheap tat!!!! First time using them and I ended up with 5 cuts on my neck and sideburns. Thrown them in the bin and requested a chargeback with my bank as refunds are refused.

10 days after my confirmed order and still not arrived , the address they use is just a registered company address which you can buy for £39 per year, a vast amount of other companies use this same address (google earth 75 shelton street ,covent garden ) and you will see its just an office suite building,very dodgy.i finally received my purchase and it is absolutely useless, it PULLS out more of your hair rather than shave it ,VERY POOR PRODUCT .....AVOID !!

Wish I had seen these reviews previously!! Exactly the same thing, sent the wrong product, won't refund or exchange as it is a sale item. The website lies and hides important information for the consumer. If the consumer was given all the information they could make an informed decision about whether to purchase an item. Dishonest company who are based in London but get their products all the way from China, does not support local businesses. DONT USE THEM they STEAL your MONEY

Avoid buying from them. They sent me a wrong product (much cheaper) and they refuse to give me my money back even though I sent enough evidence that it is the wrong product.

Don't buy, terrible customer services. Bought a shaver for £30 came with parts missing and the wrong parts. Tries to get a refund and they say they dont refund sale items?? Despite there being a big FREE RETURNS on the website.

Absolute rubbish trimmer! Stay away from them. Does not do what it does on the tin. Garbage I have bought all sorts of trimmers over the years and shave my beard and shave my head as well. The blades are not as sharp as the videos make out if you want a close shave. Looks stylish but not the BIG deal they have advertised them to be.

Save your money and buy a WAHL. If I could give a negative star I would. The Customer service is not any good too in terms of their responses. The clippers also took a while to arrive. I would not recommend them for any reason at all. They should be banned from deceiving people about their products.

Asked for refund the day we got it as we weren't happy, was told they dont do refunds on "sale" items offered me an "at cost" coupon worth about a fiver, i made a complaint but all I get is "we don't make profits out of your purchases". Absolutely disgusting customer service, very slow to reply, would definitely NOT recommend!

Trimmer sent with missing items. Fixing plate loose. Very slow to respond to emails. Trimmer is faulty and not fit for purpose. Would not recommend. Keep well away
