Ordered and paid for printer on companies website, company contacted me and said they had made a mistake with the price and refunded my money!

I enquired about a barcode scanner to work with square POS. The support was excellent on finding out what would in needed and went that extra mile to confirm the product as square hasn’t updated their supported peripherals list recently. It was appreciated

Ok to buy from, not so good after purchase
Had a problem with a previous purchase and asked for a replacement when it stopped connecting via bluetooth. Sent the OPN-2006 in for repair and spoke to Kelgray about the problem. It was sent back to me still not working with no explanation. I have about 10xOPN-2006 and this particular one is the only one that has the problem.
