This blanket is wonderful. I knew i was stressed and anxious, but i never knew how much. Thank you all for making such a wonderful product.

Bare earth is a joke. I never received my grounding sheets. Waited 2 months. However, they did give me a refund which shocked me. When I Google best grounding sheets, bare earth comes up # 1. Why? Its a scam!

If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered as a gift, I chose not to even open the package and send it back. First call was the RUDEST woman I have EVER encountered who told me I was lying and the amount of the invoice I stated was wrong. Second call, Vanessa, was minimally better and said that despite the website saying specifically: Restocking Fee
• All returned items are subject to inspection.
• If an item is received damaged, used, missing parts, or otherwise not in resellable condition, a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price may be deducted from your refund."
I was told that even unopened I would be charged a restocking fee of 25%. When I read her the exact words of the website, she said it did not matter, that is what I'd be charged unopened.
She then offered to refund 40% if I would keep it. I agreed to avoid the lie of 25% restocking fee and return postage, and she said then it would be 30%. When I called her out on THAT lie, she agreed to the 40%.
I don't even know if this piece of garbage works but from reading the other experiences, it looks like a total SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
I HAVE INVOICE INFORMATION PROVING THEY ADDED TO IT. I NEVER EVEN OPENED PACKAGE WHEN IT CAME AND THEY LIED WANTING 25% TO RETURN IT. WEBSITE DOES NOT SAY THAT AND THEY LIE WHEN YOU CALL THEM. PACKAGE REMAINS UNOPENED. THEY WILL NOT ADHERE TO WHAT WEBSITE SAYS, LIE OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND WILL NOT TAKE RETURNS. There are SO many reviews and FB pages talking about their scam. This was ordered on my card for me by a family member, I NEVER EVER would buy their scam. I HAVE THE INVOICES AND WEBSITE LANGUAGE PROVING THEIR LIES.

Based on the reply: the restocking fees are NOT what I was told and not what was going to be applied to a completely unopened package never touched. Add on charges were denied even though I have them in print. You continue to lie. I'm stuck with $300 of product I won't even open and you refuse to honor in return and 30 day "guarantee" based on your published word. Easy to put your reply here and NOT do what you say, so I'll continue to spend my days putting on the internet how you work.

UPDATE: BARE EARTH STATED: "I’m truly sorry for the frustration and distress this situation has caused you. That is never the experience we want any of our customers to have, and I sincerely apologize for how this has made you feel.

I want to let you know that the remaining balance of $______ has now been fully refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times."

well, here I am yet again telling you that they are a scam and all they do is lie. Still no refund and no answers from them. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

Received sheet 3.5 weeks ago, used sheet for 2.5 weeks..already pilling. Queried about warranty...they say its been over a month, so no warranty or return. Poor customer service. Poor quality sheet. Website offers 90 day return.

I purchased two grounding sheets and a pillowcase from Bare Earth in early October 2025. I used the products exactly as instructed, hoping they would help with back pain, shoulder pain, and poor sleep.

After several weeks with no improvement at all, I contacted Bare Earth. They confirmed that my setup was correct and encouraged me to continue using the products.

By December 22 — nearly three months after purchase — I still had zero results. I emailed again, asking whether I had been misled. That email was ignored.

I followed up on January 24. On January 28, they finally responded, apologized for the delay, and asked how I wanted to proceed. I explained that I wanted to return the unused sheet for a refund, and requested a full or partial refund for the used sheet and pillowcase.

Their January 28 reply stated:

The used items were non‑returnable due to hygiene policy

The unopened sheet could be returned

They could offer a 30% discount on the used items if I chose to keep them

On February 3, I accepted these terms and asked for the return address.

On February 5, they reversed their position entirely. They told me my purchase was outside their 30‑day return window and that the unopened sheet could not be returned after all. They also said the 30% discount offer had been a “miscommunication.”

So after months of trying to resolve this in good faith, I am out $335 and stuck with products that did nothing for me.

In my experience, Bare Earth does not honor its commitments, does not follow through on what their own staff offers, and does not stand behind their products. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

And they keep saying " we’re still happy to look into it further". At least three times. When I ask them to honor their employe's word, they make excuses. (And that one employee with integrity was fired.)
