I got scammed and never got my package

I got scammed and never got my package. I had to pay caution fee and more than usual because their system is broken. He is begging me to pay more caution fee and even though I paid and it didn’t go through their system, they demanded to pay again and not give the product I ordered. I don’t have an option to even refund or get my caution fee refund

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve had this experience. However, we believe there has been a case of mistaken identity. The account you interacted with was a fake TikTok account impersonating Baretta Studios and is not affiliated with our business. We do not request caution fees or additional payments through unauthorized TikTok accounts.

We take impersonation and fraudulent activity very seriously and strongly advise anyone affected to report the fake account to TikTok and contact their payment provider regarding any money lost.

Please contact us through our official website so we can help clarify the situation. We ask that you ensure your review reflects the correct business, as the reported activity was carried out by an impersonator rather than Baretta Studios.
