The customer service is not helpful. I made a purchase on Easter Saturday early morning, then decided to cancel it. Following the instruction on their website, I sent a cancelling email to their customer care team, cc-ed to the order team as well, under 2 hours after the purchase was made. The reply I got back was 3 days afterwards after public holiday finished, saying that the order has been despatched and all I can do is return them if I want a refund. Beware of this merchant. They just want your money without caring what they say on their website.

Although I had contacted bargain chemist within the time frame for a repeat of pain medication they never supplied it. The response was sorry we cant do anything because it was out of time frame now. What they could do is pay the script fee as this was their error. A case of sorry not sorry.They also despensed a medication with incorrect instructions, which I rechecked on Myindicie to ensure I took the correct dose which is more concerning. Unsafe practice. Good thing the chemist warehouse is across the car park in Northwood christchurch

Bonus box sux full of a lot of cheap crap stuff you wouldnt use most of it like the stuff you wouldnt buy and not worth over $200 value like they stated online. Be worth like $20, feels like a prank to get you to run out and spend over $99. Bargain chemist sucks you in.

Products were affordable, package arrived in a timely manner but most importantly, when I contacted the team at bargain chemist about an incorrect item. They sent out the correct item on the same day and it arrived quickly. Super happy with my experience with them

Ordered online a week ago and the product has not only not arrived, the order updated is still only showing as “order received”. First and only time I’ll be shopping here.

Listed 5 items in stock, had none. When I responded to their request for review they declined my 1 star review and seem to have blocked me on google. Poor experience trying to purchase and cherry picks reviews.

Items not in stock and took days to sort out. Don't respond to emails - best to call them. Wont order from them again.
