I don't know about experience, its a watch band. I do prefer to purchase B&J nato straps, they just feel a bit more premium without the large price tag of Artem.

Buckle easily fails and pops off the Strap.
I’ve had the NATO strap for 5 days. The last two day the buckle has snapped off while I have been either putting on or taking off the watch. A NATO strap is designed so if one spring bar fails you don’t lose the watch. Unfortunately if the one spring bar in the buckle easily pulls out, you risk losing the watch. This is a design flaw. A proper fix would be to have a threaded pin in the buckle. After the buckle popping off two days in a row, I no longer trust the strap. I have reached out on Facebook to Bark & Jack the last two day with no response. This is disappointing. I’m hopeful I can still return the strap for a refund, but I might just be out the money.

Good NATOs but pricey
Easy ordering process and prompt despatch.
My straps came with a watch travel pouch.
Straps are expensive for nylon NATO types but I've not found anything quite as good. Fittings, strap and finish are better than other equivalents I've found.
