Neil contacted me pretty much straightaway when I asked for help via the Nextdoor (neighbour) app and relieved me of my stress immediately. Having him around meant that I didn't need to deal with annoying and difficult neighbours. He gave clear and concise advice and things moved really quickly. He gave an unbeatable price and was always contactable either by phone or email! I would definitely recommend him to others looking for party wall related advice!

I would recommend this company and Neil Barker to anyone looking for advice concerning party wall issues. Neil Barker handled my party wall dispute with my neighbour in a most professional and thoughtful manner for all concerned. He secured for us a party wall award so our build can legally go ahead. I wholeheartedly recommend.
