Nothing wrong with the product
Nothing wrong with the product. However having twice cancelled my subscription twice by email and once by telephone I recieved an email informing me my order was on its way, once again I had to make a telephone call to cancel the order. I have been assured I will receive a refund but do not appreciate having to make another telephone call. Not the best customer service. Although the person on the telephone was polite and helpful.

The product is great
The product is great - dog loves it. What’s hugely irritating is the constant demand for reviews. As a subscriber especially - it’s EVERY SINGLE TIME. And they keep hassling you for a review so you can’t just ignore the first request each month. I have told them a few times about how annoying it is but they haven’t done anything to stop the constant “how was our service?” emails.

It's really convenient having my dog's…
It's really convenient having my dog's food delivered rather than having to lift a heavy sack from the pet store into my car. Having a subscription also means I never run out of my dog's food either, plus I can add to it or change the delivery date very easily.
