Astonishing.
Astonishing. Two cats with sensitive stomachs were unwell on everything. Within days of switching to MH, one was completely better and two weeks later so is the other. This is an excellent product.

Two stars for the prompt delivery
Two stars for the prompt delivery. Box arrived undamaged but 3 of the pouches inside had split, spilling the contents. The smell was disgusting and the whole box was infested with dead and living maggots. Raised a case with BH but the case was closed without offering a response, let alone a resolution

hmm..not sure now
OK so I did previously give this company 5 stars. However, since subscribing the food has increased in price every month (that is only over a few months) and with every order I receive emails to leave a review on Trustpilot. I have emailed the company to inform them that I had already left a review but obviously fallen on deaf ears. my dog likes the food but he also enjoys other brands and as it is not his main meal of the day I may be looking elsewhere .

Meowing Heads is brilliant
Meowing Heads is brilliant. Unfortunately our cat now requires a special renal diet which means we had to stop using Meowing Heads. But we would 100% always consider using them again. Recommended. Good quality pet food, and reasonable prices.

Our dog loves barking heads food But we don’t love the delivery
Our dog loves barking heads food, but this was our second bad experience with the delivery. We will give the company one more chance then we shall give Forthglade a go. We ordered 48 pouches which came in a big heavy box & it was left near the road with no notification - all the other delivery drivers can manage to deliver it to our door. We are both pensioners and struggled to get the box up the drive!
