Dear Kerry,
Thank you for your care, consideration, and patience while organising George’s funeral. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
You made the whole process simple and clear throughout what was an emotional and challenging time for my family and me.
Your team on the day were exemplary — courteous, professional, and always knowing exactly what to say at the right moment to help and guide us through each stage. My mother thought your whole team were fantastic, and we all felt the same.
We are truly grateful for all your support and kindness.

Kestrel, Ray and the team at Barnes and Hicks were once again so professional, compassionate and helpful in the process of burying my father. The whole team are fantastic and no phone call or query ever felt like I was being a burden. Once again, they guided our family through such a difficult time and their respect and care shows in everything they do. Exceptional service from the whole team throughout. Thank you all!

We were recommended to Kestrel at Barnes and Hicks as we wanted to work with a local Shepherds Bush firm having lived here for years. They did not disappoint and dealt with us kindly and with great compassion guiding us through the process at a difficult and emotional time. They suggested a celebrant for the crematorium who was great. Couldn't speak highly enough of them.

Ray and his team delivered an exemplary service for my mum recently.

Dad’s ceremony really was beautiful. All went to plan, we felt very looked after, and everyone said how lovely everything was.

The celebrant you appointed was so nice to deal with and felt she delivered the ceremony really well. Lots of people said how soothing her voice was.

Dad certainly chose well when he planned his funeral. It was comforting to know that a few of you knew him. We felt totally looked after from start to finish, so a massive thank-you to you all for that, and for giving my dad the send off he deserved

Ray and Angela were amazing during an obviously difficult time organising our daughter Ella’s funeral. Their thoughtfulness, compassion and outstanding attention to detail made an incredibly emotional time much easier. They did not rush us in making decisions and gently guided us whilst making arrangements for the service and cremation. We are forever grateful for their support and recommend them highly.

I was very impressed by how professional and helpful the staff were when my mum passed. I could not have wished for a better service. I greatly appreciated their friendly and accommodating approach.
