I ordered from them on eBay at the…
I ordered from them on eBay at the start of December. The tracking number was untraceable in the Royal Mail website and supposedly the package arrived 1 month after the despatch however not at my address as I received nothing. Neither eBay nor PayPal refunded me for the purchase I never received. Awful customer service. Be warned as they never responded to my emails on eBay asking where the item is. Unluckily for me eBay took their side despite many similar reviews of customers not receiving their package.

Good Morning Doris, We are so sorry to hear about your experience with us on eBay. A tracking number with Royal Mail is automatically generated on dispatch of your parcel. On a standard delivery service - the parcel is only scanned once it leaves our building & arrives with you, hence why you are unable to access 'tracking' during its transit. Please get in touch with us via support@barnyarns.co.uk and we can look into this for you straight away.
Recent poor service
I have used Barnyarns over the years without problems. It is disappointing that recently they have ignored emails and contacts over a poor quality item they supplied. I won’t be using them again

Steer clear of Barnyarns- nothing arrived
I ordered from them on eBay - no tracking- nothing arrived- ignore emails- pathetic excuses like'its been left with a neighbour, returned to the post office, left in a safe place or just LOST in the post.
Rude uncommunicative and I would suggest never even posted. Had a refund

Great support and advice
Despite the covid19 lockdown their support have been great and they even helped shipping before the due date to arrive for a birthday, really helpful support and great in giving advice
