Rubbish stuff. Material is thin and flimsy and the finish and stitching are very cheap quality.
I have not received a refund yet.

**Terrible Product – Completely Misleading Advertising. Do Not Buy!**

The product I received was absolutely nothing like what was advertised on the website. The photos show what appears to be a good-quality pair of shorts made from thick, substantial fabric. What actually arrived was the cheapest, nastiest, most poorly made version imaginable.

The fabric is incredibly thin and cheap, the quality is horrific, and even the length and fit of the shorts are completely different from what was advertised. It genuinely looks like an entirely different product.

To make matters worse, the customer service has been absolutely pathetic. After raising my concerns about the misleading advertising, I was offered a ridiculous 20% refund on a product that cost me $90. I then had to pay another $25 out of my own pocket to return their falsely advertised product just to get a refund.

So not only have I wasted my time dealing with this, I've actually been left out of pocket because they sent me something completely different from what I ordered.

Worst quality clothing I have purchased on line. Arrived in the mail and threw straight in the bin.

I ordered the green shopping bag on wheels, I wish I would have looked at the reviews before placing my order. The bag was soooo small, nothing like advertised. I will be donating these to Goodwill. What a waste of my hard earned money.

I waited more than 2 1/2 months and many follow up emails before receiving my Jacket that was ordered. When it finally came it looked like it was home made ( roughly), the “faux fur” was like cheap craft felt. I ordered an XL and what I got would fit a 10 year old. I was very disappointed. This is when things got even worse. Sending my email voicing my absolute disappointment and high dissatisfaction no less than 5 times and being ignored, I wanted to know how I could return for a full refund. $80AUD. Finally after many emails I receive a response thanking me for my patience, which I no longer had I had essentially given up and then offering 1 option. Which is to not return the product which they said I would need to pay for to save “me” the inconvenience and they would refund me 30% of the cost. So they would give me $25AUD store credit. Why would I ever want to purchase anything from this outlet again and have to pay more money to them. Keep yourself well away from this company. One star is being generous in the rating.

Terrible quality, terrible customer service, 15out of the 20 items ordered never arrived and they want to refund 70%. Absolutely super cheap stuff nothing like the photos.

Stay far away from this company. They advise there's a full refund policy but they make it extremely difficult- first ask you to pay $15 to ship you another product and keep what you want to return and then they avoid you all together. Do not order from them.

When my product was sent, it was very cheaply made. I sent it back at my own expense and they now refuse to give my money back. One star is generous.

SCAM - no real returns even for false advertising.

Terrible quality - jacket arrived & was very thin & floppy like a cardigan - not at all what was in the picture, avoided a return & then said they would only return if it was through an expensive courier back to china that would cost as much as the coat!

Purchased a faux fur long coat advertised as being super cosy & warm. What I got was a product thinner than a t’shirt.

Then the fun started, they do not give 100% refunds. After several emails I managed to get 50%. Not enough, but enough of listening to their lies and excuses.

Do not waste your money on them.

I recently bought a shawl collar jacket and received an item that looked nothing like what was advertised and was also the incorrect colour. The quality of the material was also very poor and not at all thick as mentioned in the advertising. Upon requesting a refund, they advised me it was correct item so would only refund me 50%of cost due to it being incorrect colour. However the item was definitely not what was advertised. Very disappointing and will not consider purchasing from this company again. Please beware

The product looks completely different from the advertised product. I contacted for a refund and the process has been made impossible to deal with. The company is not Australian. It is based overseas in China and the address given for returns is not listed.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVING SCAMMERS.

DO NOT BUY. I ordered a jumper and received it 3 weeks later and it was not to the size description or quality. The jumper was listed as half price from $150. The jumper does not fit, about 3 sizes too small was not an XL. I would not purchase from this store again.

I ordered a thick cotton 'acid washed' terry rugby shirt and got a polyester/spandex mix thin piece of hot garbage.
This company is 100% a scam. Avoid!!

The watch arrived late. The package was dented. The item didnt look like the pictures on their website. It says 30 days money back guarantee but they wont refund me the money. I have to pay for shipping it back to China! International taxes to be deducted. Whats the point in returning it! Unethical . This company is a scam!!

Avoid at all costs - these guys are a scam. A size S jacket came looking nothing like what it was sold as online and it was XL. The returns policy is absolute nonsense... and they give you a store credit of 30% of the item cost. Otherwise you have to spend a lot of money to mail the item back to them and who knows if they will process the refund at all?

Nice stuff but the tracking just doesn’t work and our order took more than 2 weeks and missed our son’s birthday. Would
Advise using based on the unreliable delivery times.

The items sent look absolutely nothing like the photos. One item had an obvious pull in the wollen garment and Barrett Bay offered me a refund as long as I paid for the Chinese customs clearance between $20-$50. This is a bogus company with crap merchandise, please BEWARE and don't buy from this company
