I started this online course in January Level 5 special needs assistant with Barrow training, I found it a great course being able to do it in my own time was brilliant made me feel more relaxed, my tutor was very helpful when needed highly recommended.

I dont like the question structure. It is confusing and not straight-forward questions. I found it very confusing to understand and answer correctly; some of the questions are repeated and not making sense. The topic is well treated, but follow-up questions are not.

As it is my first time doing this type of work in quite some time, i needed additional support with referencing and how many words etc to include. Apart form this, everything was great

I have completed the HACCP Food Safety Level 5 Course with Barrow Training online. Doing the course this way was wonderful as it gave me so much flexibility. The lecture notes were in simple English and easy to understand. My online tutor was Leona, she was available to assist me and point me in the right direction if I did not fully grasp a concept or if I had a question. I have learnt a great deal from this course and I am equipped to undertake my new role.
