Terrible company clearly been scammed nearly 4 weeks no delivery , no contact or reply to my emails , has been reported to trading standards and police and bank

Unfortunately no stars would’ve been better.

Bar partially arrived. No contact from them at all. Second bit arrived and when started to build so many bits broke, didn’t fit in etc. the bar is not flush and not fit for purpose.

No replies to emails. They go on Facebook as ‘online bars’ now and after messaging them there they have blocked me.

All the wood is good for is burning. Been totally scammed 😭

Have now raised a dispute with the bank.

So, for £168 the bar was ‘okay’. Plusses: Good communication and bar arrived within 14 days. Minuses: The wood is poor quality and untreated, a couple of the pieces were broken.
The real shame here is that the design is really good and I would have paid another £100 for better wood and quality. The bar is being used but I had to do a couple of repairs, treat the wood, and purchase a worktop to go on instead of the poor quality top provided.

same same, read the others - experience is identical to everyone else's. Partially delivered, poor quality, absolutely no comms or replies, but i do get daily sales emails.

Terrible quality. Terrible service, order arrived in two parts and screws missing. Despite 5 attempts to contact them, no response. Avoid at all costs and don't belive the slick and professional website, total rip off. Not even worth 1 star.

SCAM - still not received order. The company barsforyou dissolved in December 2024 and JSP Carpentry dissolved in April 2025 yet are still taking orders and taking customer's money. Jagjit Singh, based at 161 Hilary Road, Southall, is the last known contact.

I ordered at the beginning of June and have still not received my item. If you have bought from this company recently, I suggest you issue a 'charge-back' with your bank and recoup money. I have raised the matter with trading standards.

Stay well clear,supposedly had a 2 part delivery and only received the 1.sitting with half a bar which is covered in some sort yellow liquid and can’t get an answer from them so £350 been stole more or less !!!

Place order on 14th June still not received bar and all emails are being ignored Aviod this company at all cost will be contacting police as i feel my money has been stolen

Absolutely shocking company. Ordered bar in April but took over 2 months to come (after repeatedly chasing). When it finally arrived it was made from cheap and shoddy pallets. Not worth any where near what I paid. I could have made the bar from scratch myself and I'm useless at DIY.

Free lights were included but didn't work.

Have still been waiting for bar shelf that never turned up (everything was paid for months ago at the same time) despite constant chasing. Sent a final email stating I was putting in a dispute with my bank for the shelf that hadn't turned up but they've ignored that as well.

So fed up and they don't even deserve a rating of 1 star (but no option to go lower).

Rotten company and no way of calling them. I've learnt the hard way.

Like so many I should've read the reviews but I got sucked in by the flashy website and lovely bar photos.
Ordered my bar on June 11th and initially updates came saying in the workshop etc.
I chased them this week and incredibly I got a response! I was told the bar was in the workshop and hopefully be shipped the following week. I then asked for a definite date for dispatch or I wanted a refund. To my shock again, I got a response saying the bar would be out for delivery next day - Amazing!
They sent me an APC tracking number which did eventually check out but when I contacted APC to ask a question about the delivery I was told the goods had not ever been dispatched despite the pucker tracking number. There clearly was never going to be a bar. This company are straight up scammers just thinking they can fleece people of their cash. Fortunately I bought it on my credit card so I am opening a claim and will get my money back. I'll also be reporting them to the Old Bill.

Ordered a bar and a drinks shelf end of may received bar 3 wks later which we had part missing and had to adjust a peice of wood which was in wrong place it is nearly middle of July and countless emails to them no replies no telephone number to contact them go elsewhere a terrible company .

I had a terrible experience with BarsForYou. I received only part of my order, and what did arrive was of shockingly poor quality, broken wood, missing accessories, and nothing like what was advertised.
I tried contacted them several times before part of the product arrive it took 2months! Then after realising the poor quality of it I tried contacting them again to report the issues and request a resolution, but I was completely ignored. No response at all. Yet, they had no problem sending me a payment demand, claiming the order was successfully delivered despite the fact it was incomplete and unusable.
I even offered for them to collect the item, which they’ve failed to act on. Honestly, the only thing the product is good for is firewood.
Totally unprofessional and unacceptable service. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.

Bar was delivered late. Opened boxes in presence of my wife who cried when she saw the product. Cheap, nasty and sections broken. They have a professional looking website but quite honestly a scam as you cannot phone and emails go unanswered. Companies House shows a single female director using a London based address ( no doubt a dummy address). DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this company.

Recieved on a Thursday but didn't open until Sunday as we were away
We did eventually get the 'bar' (past delivery time) but it looked like the box had been dragged from China. Really bust up.
In side was some pallet wood (and not decent pallet wood) cobbled together.
Cuts not straight, real flimsy of the poorest quality. Couldn't even put it together as the screws weren't there either.
Emails unanswered. Clicked a Facebook link on Bars For You website which takes you to another named company- Onlinebars - so I've emailed them and wait a response.
Needless to say, I rate this product dogsh*t and will probably give my £100 chopped up pallet to my neighbour to burn.

I should've checked their reviews before purchasing. but their website and IG looked legit so I gave it a go.

Noticed something was wrong when I kept getting emails on the progress of my order - in production, then shipped, then back in production and then delayed.

They never replied to my emails and their contact number is inactive.

Took my money and got never got the product.

I payed, I didn’t get my order, I didn’t gat a reply from any message’s . I made a call to the bank and made a dispute, I would not buy from this company. I am gutted as I wanted the bar🤷🏼‍♀️

Ordered due to great price and delivery within 7 working days. Almost a month now and I have not received my bar. Online chat is useless. Patchy non committal email responses and no phone number. I wish I had read the reviews first. Fortunately I used PayPal who have refunded my money.

This is a scam. Ordered a bar that never arrived and emails were ignored.
