Bought some hiking boots. Delivery was free and quick. Unfortunately they didn't fit so had to return, but refund was processed equally quick with no issues and communications really good

I ordered a jacket which arrived promptly, but when I tried it on I found that I had ordered the wrong size. I phoned BasecampGear and explained the problem. The lady I spoke to said that they had one of the jackets in the right size and would take it out of stock so that it was available to send to me when I sent the other one back. The replacement jacket duly arrived as promised.

i went for the fjallraven wallet in navy blue,it is a convienent size,has sufficient pockets for my needs and i hope its durable material lasts more than the year my previous leather one did.
