Such a fantastic course and the trainers are so helpful.

I arranged for a theory to passing with Basegreen (i'd already got the medical and provisional sorted)

They arranged access for thier theory learning tool which was brilliant, the webpage wasn't great but the app worked wonderfully. Little quizes to get to know the questions and also mock tests with timelimit.
They arranged the theory test for me and I passed first time with thier support tools.

I was then booked in for 2 day Practical course with License test on day 2.
As is reasonable the time on these days was shared driving with another student but throughout I was given constructive feedback about my handling and driving of the vehicle. Following the altered speed limt for a Class 1 sided vehicle etc.

I had a driving lesson with Nicholas, I was really nervous for it initially but he was incredibly patient with me. I left feeling more confident and comfortable on the road. I am looking forward to my next lesson!

My instructor John made my experience so comfortable and put me at ease. He had faith in me to pass first time and I did. Genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better instructor!

I recently attended a two day training course for my C1 license, my training instrutor Dan made me feel welcome and at ease straight away. During the training, it was evident how knowledgable and experienced Dan was, he ensured I was fully prepared for my exam and went through theory questions before. He was really calm throughout training which really helped. I passed my test first time without any minors. A huge thanks to Base Green and especially Dan - would definitely recommend!

Jerry was super helpful in organising a CERAD course for me less than 48 hours before I needed it to start. Over the 3 weeks Andy my instructor guided me through the process of the Routine, High Speed and then Response driving elements. Andy was super helpful and explained the whys and wherefores of what we were doing and how it was executed to help us better understand. With Andy's extensive knowledge that he had taught us, we managed to pass all 3 written exams the first time and get an almost perfect response drive.

Overall I am very happy with the course and its delivery and feel confident to take this learning and put it into practice in a real-world environment.

Dan and Andy were both amazing, they were so relaxed and very knowledgeable, they were patient and friendly. Passed second time all thanks to them!

I had the best experience with base green. My instructor Dan was the best I could have ask for! After starting my first day nervous he made sure I felt at ease straight away. He would constantly check in through the day and reassure me of things I’m doing well and things I need to work on. Dan made sure I went into my test confident and I passed first time! brilliant training , great communication , great staff

On my days of training I had Dan for two days and he was so easy to get on with and taught me a lot. He helped me build up my confidence in time for when my test was supposed to be on the second day, giving me constructive feedback of what areas needed improvement which I made sure I followed. We got to the test centre on the second day to find out unfortunately my test had been cancelled and the DVSA hadn’t told basegreen. However, we made the most of it and worked on my areas of improvement and I was able to get a test for the following Tuesday. On this day my instructor was Nicholas who was also very easy to talk to and said Dan had taught me well, he gave me advice and I was quick to try to improve to make sure I felt test ready. All that hard work payed off as I had a first time pass. Everyone at basegreen that I met and spoke to over the phone or emailed are absolutely lovely such an amazing bunch of people at Holmfirth basegreen.

The instructor (Dan) was lovely and helped with all questions we had. He helped us understand everything about the vehicle and assisted with making us test ready leading up to passing the practical. He was fair and honest which is the best way for students!

I would highly recommend Basegreen for instruction and help in completing the C1 driving course. Both instructors were fantastic.
Thank you to Dan for my first day driving, he gave me the confidence to get behind the wheel and drive after quite a few years driving an automatic and was patient and understanding when I wasn’t great!
A huge thank you to Nicholas, he has spent quite a bit of time with me, he was patient, kind, understanding and knowledgeable. He gave me lots of hints and tips that have been really useful but most of all, he was confident in my ability and reassuring whilst I was having a nervous panic. He’s been fantastic.

All staff at basegreen are really supportive, kind and will help you with anything! The staff who helped me pass my C1 license were great, Ben made me feel at ease and relaxed and was really supportive, i enjoyed my day with Ben driving in the ambulance. Jerry has been very helpful over the phone, and supportive through the reverse test on day one! Nicholas was really supportive and very calm while I was driving which resulted in me feeling calm, through my drive Nicholas would ask me questions which would remind me about how the lights may change at traffic lights ect, Nicholas made instructions very clear and helped me focus which resulted in my pass! I can’t thank basegreen enough if it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t be able to start my dream job.
