Brought cutetitos until discontinued all very cute apart from candyitos kawaiitos and dumplingitos not as weighty no cards no embroidery only on the backside no names or birthdays animals cute but not up to the standard of the embroidered ones and don't look as good can. Tell they are cheap come on basic fun. Up your game I know you were discontinuing these but could have been better and had names etc would buy more if we're not discontinued and had embroidered features care bears are OK hope you don't just do those in print to save money very disappointing as expected better from such a large company and whe. I communicated with them about some unicornitos it was like they didn't want to know when I asked a name but they made them and were quite blunt don't purchase any more of their products due to this I'm in the uk but still was a customer and some of the misfittens were also printed and had different material as well and looked cheap really disappointed in this company seen a few you tube reviews with these cuteitos and could tell they were disappointed by not having cards and no names and birthdays very huge disappointment on those last ones the kawaiitos candyitos and the dumplingitos as not as weighty and not as good quality as the others if we're not discontinued would not buy more as was disappointed with the candyitos as looked cheap and not great would give as a gift as no cards or embroidery and cheap looking come on up your game for other toys and also don't be blunt when people email you about products feel very let down by this company feel like this company don't care seen other reviews haven't even had the decency to respond which is rudeness itself won't buy from them again as can't be bothered to reply and make up excuses and then make products cheaper which are not the same quality as the others and are not given cards etc trying to scam customers need closing downrude ax don't answer reviews or when you correspond good way to run a business and keep customers

I'm not sure who gave a good review but that must be fake reviews,this company scammed me,I waited for my order to be delivered since November,it's January 30th and I got a note on a piece of plastic envelope that states the contents of the package is damaged,empty and I realized this is straight BS!!! Do not order from this company!!!!

For the customers outside the U.S. seems to be a nightmare.
After more than two months, the purchase (two rings) weren’t delivered yet. Excuses over excuses why there were so many problems. Let’s wait and see.
Don’t recommend this shop. They are not trustworthy.

Its scam the order came from china and im ordered at 9 May and it cames at 14 julay quality ist of hoodie is very very low i dont recomendet .

Although the transportation time of the painting is slow, the moment you get it is very touching!

Did my order for a canvas on the 5th of May. First a fake shipping information on their website coming from USA.
After complained true PayPal they send me a different tracking number coming from China. Today 29th of June it finally arrived as a DIY kit, not as advertised.. The lettering en numbering are not centered in de sign plates. Complete useless and not something to put on our wall.
