Just a scam
It’s ironic how all their latest adds they insist that it’s 100% guaranteed and it’s not! Unless if you continue for a lifetime listening to them that you have to add more steps to make it work!
I don’t have spaces between my teeth or any major problems, i just had 1 tooth that is slightly diverted to the inside. I wanted to fix it for my wedding that back then was 1 year away and they said it’s totally doable since the steps need just 6 months. My wedding passed, and one year and a half later I found myself with no result but with more problems instead of less problems, and they were still expecting me to add more and more steps waiting just for a result that I didn’t believe I will see anymore.
A stressful experience sending them so many voice messages crying that I couldn’t continue and somehow convinced to wait more. And no it’s not painless and your pronunciation WILL be affected putting them, so if your work is based on talking to people or requires you to put lipsticks good luck! Eventually I asked them for a refund because I waited long enough for this GUARANTEED result and didn’t get it, but of course they didn’t accept and left me hanging after almost 2 years of struggle with no result and a stupidity feeling that I paid “not a cheap amount “ for nothing, knowing that I can use the same money or even less for another treatment.
Worst investment ever!

I want to share my bad experience with everyone!
I spent been 14 months of treatment with Basma , and i fulfilled all the steps they asked me, during the treatment I had a lot of issues with aligners , and i asked for replacements several times , I had noticed that the changes are not as am expecting but they kept telling me that i need to finish all the processe to get the expected results, then they asked me to use the night aligners tand I understood that this is the final result wich is my teeth are too short now from the right side , when i eat they are too shrt to cut the food !!!! I sent a scan of my teeth and requested adjustment, what they proposed is to push the left side of my teeth to have it all aligned and this means that all my mouth will be shorter !!! I just wanted to get the space between my teeth to disappear ! Now all my smil is damaged and unaligned ! And i have other issues , i visited 3 different dentists in different countries and they mentioned that i have a severe Gingivitis and i risk to loose my teeth if I continue the treatment the way it is!!!
This is a scum , lost my money , my time and i endured a lot of pain for long time, and now i have wose issues the when I started treatment !
Totally disappointing result and unprofessional service !

However, we would like to clarify a few important points. According to your treatment records, no replacements were sent due to issues with the aligners. The additional aligners you received after completing the initial treatment were refinement steps. Refinements are a normal part of orthodontic treatment when further adjustments are needed to reach the promised result.
It is also important to clarify that clear aligner treatment does not change the shape or physical length of the teeth. The aligners move the teeth within the limits of the treatment plan; they do not shorten the teeth or make the mouth structurally smaller. Similarly, aligner treatment does not alter skeletal factors such as the size or shape of the jaw.
We understood your concerns regarding your bite and referred you for additional scans so that our medical team could properly assess the situation. Following this assessment, additional refinement steps were recommended to further improve your bite and to refine the treatment as much as clinically possible, considering your concerns.
Regarding the gingivitis you mentioned, gum health is taken seriously throughout treatment. Gingivitis is not a direct result of the aligners themselves, and we do not proceed with treatment when our clinical team determines that doing so would compromise a patient’s oral health. Maintaining proper oral hygiene and regular dental check-ups is also essential throughout any orthodontic treatment.
Our objective is always to work toward the agreed treatment outcome and to support our patients whenever concerns arise. When a patient has questions or remains concerned about their treatment, we offer the opportunity to discuss the case directly with our orthodontic team so that the planned movements and any recommended refinements can be clearly explained.
In your case, a meeting with our main orthodontist has already been scheduled. During this meeting, the treatment movements, the reasons behind the recommended refinements, and your concerns will be reviewed and explained in detail.
We remain committed to addressing your concerns and ensuring that you receive the appropriate support throughout your treatment journey.

Never Recommend this to Anyone
Unfortunately, my experience with BASMA has been extremely disappointing. What was initially presented as a 10-month treatment has now stretched to almost a year with months still remaining, largely due to repeated clinic issues, poor coordination, fallen attachments, delays, and constantly being seen by different doctors who seemed unfamiliar with my case. I have visited the partnered Dubai clinic more than 20 times and repeatedly raised my concerns with the BASMA team, yet I have seen very little meaningful action or improvement.

It’s also important to note that during orthodontic treatment, mid-course adjustments or additional refinement steps can sometimes be needed. Teeth do not always respond to planned movements exactly as expected, and progress can vary from one patient to another. When the medical team identifies that the teeth are not tracking as planned, the treatment plan may need to be reassessed and adjusted to make sure we continue moving toward the planned result. However, we understand that this does not take away from the frustration caused by the repeated clinic visits and delays you experienced.
Regarding our partner clinic in Dubai, we take your feedback very seriously. We are committed to making sure our patients feel properly supported and that the doctor treating them is familiar with their case and treatment progress. We have several partner clinics in Dubai, and we will be happy to contact you and arrange a referral to another clinic that is more convenient for you and better suited to your needs.
We do not take your experience lightly. The patient journey and the overall experience throughout treatment are extremely important to us, alongside achieving the final clinical result.

Loving my new amile
The whole time I was re-assured, which was motivation to keep wearing my aligners. All my questions had concerns were answered and dealt with throughout the process. I am a busy person, so the fact that most of the things are done virtually, was great for me.

Great experience with Basma’s Invisalign service! The team was professional and supportive throughout my treatment. A special thanks to Nora for always being so responsive on WhatsApp, even after I finished my treatment.
When I wasn’t fully happy with my results, they extended my treatment plan without any hassle. They also changed my clinic when I requested it, making the whole process very smooth.
Even now, they still respond and are always happy to help. Highly recommend!

Experience was really good now that the treatment is over after 9 months.
I wasn't expecting such results to be honest.. I was skeptical at first but things started showing after a while..
The aligners themselves are a bit too much to handle in terms of commitment, other than that, it was great!
Customer service were always there to answer any questions I have in mind.
Their medical partner in Riyadh - horizon clinic - were very professional and dealt with my teath delicately.
When you book the consultation call, be prepared and ask the right kind of questions so that your results are as you are expecting.
Definitely recommended!

Don’t trust them.
Don’t trust them.. they’ll just waste your time and money. Literally wasted a year and so much money on their product but it didn’t work.it really does nothing at all. All the dentists I visited told me that this is a fake product and in fact does not work. They were unhelpful when I reached out and wanted more money. Don’t trust them. @basma the only way you can help me is give me my money back.
