honest opinion: I was about to go get veneers, then chose Basma, Im glad I did....I saved my teeth....I started two years ago, even though my teeth needed only 9 months, but then my teeth needed extra steps for adjustments....and then i travelled, and came back, and they waited, and they did all adjustments without any extra costs....Im about to remove the attachments in a week, Im very happy with the result, and more confident with my smile..the process was so easy throughout the whole thing, and most importantly I want to thank Noura, the lady who was in touch with me this whole time, she is amazing, but I assume their whole customer service team is great too, the clinic is so white and super clean. Everything is so professional and personalized if I want to summarize everything I said.

It was a truly a great experience and everyone at Basma was very helpful in answering all questions asked and supporting me throughout the entire process.
I wouldn't have done it in any other way so thank you for everything!

البرنامج العلاجي كان ممتاز مع بسمه، متابعه ويردون على الاستفسارات أول بأول، التكلفه العلاجية للبرنامج ممتازه وعندهم خطة للتقسيط، المراجعه بالعياده كانت مدفوعة التكاليف واحتجت أروح بس ٣ مرات وهذا الشي كان مريح بالنسبه لي كوني موظفه وأم وعندي مسؤوليات

أرشحهم كبرنامج علاجي للي يحتاج واعطيهم ١٠ من ١٠.

تجربتي معهم اولًا خدمة العملاء والتواصل صراحه رائع التجاوب سريع ومتعاونين معي جدًا وريحوني من ناحية حجز المواعيد والتنسيق واسئلتي الكثيره، بالنسبه للتقويم وعدوني بنتيجه وطبقوها فعلًا الحمدلله انا راضيه عن النتيجه لكنها اخذت اكثر من المده اللي قالوا لي هي بمده بسيطه زدت يمكن شهر ونص لاني ما كنت التزم بالوقت المحدد بشكل كامل بالاضافه الى انهم عملوا بعض التعديلات على التقويم حتى وصلوني للنتيجه الموعوده، بالنسبه للتقويم بالبداية كونه اجراء جديد كان مؤلم جدًا لكن بعد او ثلاث او اربع قوالب يصير الشد محتمل وطبيعي، اريح شي انكم من البداية تدفعون مره وحده وبعدها كل المواعيد والاجراءات دافعينها ومنتهين منها تدخلون وتطلعون بمرونه وسرعه، عندهم اقساط ايضًا ارتحت من ناحية الدفعات، بالاخير شكرًا بسمه على التعاون هذا كله مميزين صراحه باهتمامكم ❤️❤️

BASMA was truly an amazing solution for fixing my crooked teeth without the need for metal braces. The best part was that the aligners were completely invisible, which made the whole experience so comfortable and confidence-boosting. I absolutely loved how responsive and supportive the team was throughout the process, the flexible and convenient payment method, and the fact that they can ship my retainer anywhere in the world. The doctors were outstanding, professional, and reassuring every step of the way. Honestly, everything about the experience was a 10/10 — highly recommend BASMA to anyone looking for a modern, hassle-free orthodontic solution!

I used to have crowded teeth on both my upper and lower jaw. I started my treatment in my mid 30s, and honestly, I really didn’t want the classic metal braces. That’s when I found Basma, and I started my journey with them.

I’m not usually someone who remembers to write reviews, but everything was genuinely perfect from the detailed scans, to how precise and well organized each step was, and how accurate they were with the delivery timeline. Their customer service is amazing: always quick to reply and genuinely helpful.

One of the best parts for me was not having to do monthly clinic visits or deal with traffic. I’m someone who really dislikes dentists and clinic visits, so this made a huge difference. Even the first smile simulation and the estimated treatment time turned out to be exactly as promised.
What I truly appreciate is that even after finishing my treatment, whenever I have a question, they still respond with care as if I’m a permanent member.

The process was simple and straightforward, there was just some very small issues with timings but other than that everything was amazing.

حاولت مع دكاترة اسنان من قبل لحتى اعمل اشي باسناني و الكل كان يقولي بحتاج عملية..بعدين لقيت بسمة و ساعدوني بالموضوع و الصراحة تجربة جداً رائعة بخلال ١١ شهر حالتي open bite و
اسنان متزاحمة ببعض، خلال ١١ شهر اسناني صاروا صف واحد و سكرت ال open bite
