Sometimes writing a review can be a tad daunting if you're unsure as to how to phrase things correctly, but with Bassline it is very straightforward. Ian has continuously displayed excellent highly informed communication via email, WhatsApp and when in live meetings. The answers received are always well-thought-out and personalised so you never feel you're being given a generic response. Ian's knowledge of all aspects of what I required, including some more nuanced aspects, was brilliantly handled, and I look forward to a lengthy collaboration over the years' to come.
Ian at Bassline identified several areas of my business accounts that were not lined up properly due to improperly configured accounting software. When consulted he was quick to assist in making sure I had correctly filed all documents, guided me through tax registration, and ensured all taxes were settled properly before dissolution of the company.
