I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. It has been the worst experience I have encountered in Dubai. The team appeared unprofessional and not adequately familiar with their duties
I placed an order which was never delivered to the address I gave. I have contacted customer care 4 times and everytime I'm asked for the same details: delivery address and contact number.
They then say they'll look into the matter and never get back to me.
In my last interaction, the customer service representative insisted the order was delivered. I asked for a signed delivery note which they shared. It was clear from the delivery note that the delivery was made to a wrong address. Nevertheless, the representative asked at least four times to confirm I had not received the package. How could I have received a package that was clearly delivered to a wrong address.
Finally and as is the norm, the customer care representative said they'll escalate the matter to the complaints team. It's now 4 days since and they haven't gotten back to me. It's almost 3 weeks since I placed the order. And we are not even talking about a small order. I spent close to USD 4000 on this order and they are not even bothered that they delivered to the wrong address.
Terrible experience.
Cashier at DSO branch called Mabel has to learn the proper customer service as she is unfriendly to customers. It was a disappointing experience with her.
I love the fragrances and I will be loyal to bath and body works. Very happy.
I recently placed an online order with Bath & Body Works that was never delivered, even though the order status showed “DELIVERED.” I had updated my address at the time of purchase, and the system displayed the correct address during checkout. However, my shipment was still sent to the wrong location.
When I contacted customer service for help, I spoke with Mr. M. A., who was unfortunately very rude and blamed me for the issue — even after I explained that I had updated and double-checked my address before completing the purchase. He also suggested that I visit the incorrect address, which I did, but the residents there confirmed they never received my package.
This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. As a loyal customer, I’ve always appreciated Bath & Body Works and never encountered issues before. However, the lack of support in resolving this situation has been very upsetting. I sincerely hope the company takes responsibility and either resends my order to my correct address or provides a full refund for the items I never received.

Worst customer service and systems to raise complaints, they don't care about the customers just go on sale because no one will buy at full price

Always had good experiences with Bath&BodyWorks Dubai works, but my recent order never got delivered. It’s been 7 days since the item was dispatched, but courier service keeps postponing the delivery date. They are also not reachable. B&B should be aware with what kind of delivery service they work with and change it.
When you purchase directly from stores-either online or in-store, you expect the items to be new and the quality is checked. When the store claims that something is just normal when it's not, there's something wrong. I bought 9 body mists during a BBW sale but was disappointed when I received the items with varying liquid contents like they are used. It's defect is not on the quality of the item, just the content but they said this is normal which is not acceptable. Those of you who frequently buys BBW. Did you notice the same? Another point is that I bought online for convenience but BBW's exchange, return and refund policy is very inconvenient. They want me to return the items to their store to get a refund. There was no store near me. If I go to the store, the transportation cost is the same amount that I spent buying the items. They said they cannot do anything. This is their policy. So I am writing this review, just to give you a heads up, specially the people, like me, who are purchasing online.
