Bathroom Bubbles Limited Opiniones

Whilst looking for a new bathroom. We have visited a number of stores but we couldn't fault Bathroom4less on Kingsburt Road in Erdington. The staff were helpful and friendly especially Deborah who served us. She was at the end of the phone to answer all queries too. She assisted us and gave great advice. We brought our bathroom from this store due to the experience in store and the amazing staff. Would recommend anyone whose looking for a new bathroom to go there.

Visited the Erdington store today. Lucy was very helpful and gave us a great deal on several items.

Very helpful. Lucy is an amazing member of the staff. Was so glad we decided to get our bathroom from here

We had an amazing experience with them. Staff is very professional and helpful. Highly recommend for their affordable range and great customer service.

We had a very pleasant experience with this store. Deb and Lucy did everything they could to answer our requirements and to offer multiple options for us to choose from. The purchased items are good quality, and the delivery was on time.
Overall, we were very happy with our choice.

I was recommended by my bathroom fitter, the team who looked after me Tom and Lucy were excellent and ensured that I had everything I wanted. The choice and value was second to none and I have already recommended the branch at Erdington to my friends and family.

We were delighted with the service we received (thank you Tom and Lucy) and the quality of the product. We ordered something that didn’t fit, initially, but got a full refund without any bother. We feel that Bathroom4Less offer a quality product that is very competitively priced and the service was excellent. We have no hesitation in recommending this company. Thank you 😊

Absolutely great prices, thank you so much for making my bathroom look lovely.

Lucy was extremely helpful during the sale of the glass bath screen. They are always very special ;)

They were 2 lovely ladies that served us !great customer service and we’re very understanding of our budget to fit around us ☺️

We Visited the Erdington store 28/8/21,we were greeted by Tom who helped us choose some bathroom items,we were in a rush and were unsure about measurements so Tom kindly sent us a quote by email while we went home to check, unfortunately one of the items was not suitable.
We returned back to the store on 30/8/21 where Lucy helped us find an alternative, great customer service by both team members. Lucy was very bubbly and chatty made us feel relaxed both myself and my husband left the store very happy.
I would recommend this store for all your bathroom items.

I went to the store last weekend where I was greeted by Deb. She walked me through all the products they have on display and their prices.

That staff is was very knowledge, friendly and patient as I asked a-lot of questions

The prices were affordable and I also received my delivery really quickly.

I went in to the Erdington branch on Sunday and I was greeted by Tom who was very helpful, friendly and honest and then Deb came over she was amazing very knowledgeable and friendly gave me the names of bathroom fitters as mine needs renovation. Prices were amazing and we had a brilliant customer service experience something that you don’t get very often. I will return and I’m looking forward to having a brand new bathroom.

I used this company to supply bathroom cuoboatds, sink etc ordered online promp delivery by currier but the only problem goods badly damaged, contacted supplier and spoke with Lucy was very helpfull in sorting the problem sorted replacement after seeing images sent of damage. Problems with deliveries can only be exspected with third parties involved not the supply companies fault. Lucy most helpful we need more empolyees like this top job many thanks would recomend this company to.

Customer Service at the Erdington branch from Deb was excellent!!! Very thorough, helpful, and professional. Visited on 13th August 2021 thank you so much Deb excellent job done 👌👌

Brought a bathroom suite had help from staff from the start can't ask for more quality product and a service to match , thank you again.

Customer service at the Erdington branch from Tom and Lucy was excellent! Thoroughly professional and really helpful.

Ordered a shower told next week asked will there be any problems no we keep them in stock, ok good, day of delivery phone call saying whoops we have a delay cancelled ordered will not touch these again, not the first time this has happened

I purchased a sink vanity and a closed cup toilet the toilet wasn’t suitable measurements were not correct
They accepted for me to return the toilet at my expense through hermes but hermes wouldn’t collect so I asked them to collect and I’d pay they refused so I’m stuck with a toilet that useless customer service is terrible once they have your money it’s tuff avoid

Ordered a new replacement pedestal and basin on a sunday,it was professionally packed and delivered the following Friday. The price with free shipping was very good, only slight gripe was any communication after purchase was lacking and no notification of shipping until the day it was out for delivery via a text from the courier, hence 4 stars.I would anyhow use Bathrooms 4 Less again.
