Extremely disappointing experience with Bathroom Sales Direct.

It has now been 13 days since I placed my order (10 business days), and my order still hasn't even been shipped. Communication has been poor from start to finish.

When I noticed the item had since gone on sale for less than what I paid, I asked if they would price match the current sale price. They refused because I had originally used a discount code, despite the sale price being cheaper.

To make matters worse, the company is impossible to contact by phone. After sending an email enquiry, it took 4 business days to receive a response — and only after I sent a follow-up email suggesting they cancel my order. I was then told my emails had gone to their spam folder and that they would look into the status of my order. Since then, I've heard nothing further.

Poor communication, slow processing times, and lack of customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from Bathroom Sales Direct.

I have very little good things to say about this company. I still don't have my items and they just won't give a straight answer to when i will recorder them. Its been several weeks now, and i still don't have them

Terrible customer service, refuse to be accountable for their own errors.
I purchased multiple items from this store for my new bathroom, one being a stone vanity top.
I spoke to the company before purchase and was told that I could request holes in the stone as part of my order (by writing it in the order details). I called the company the next day after placing my order to confirm the cut out details had been received and if further payment was needed. I told yes details had been noted and no payment necessary.
Stone top arrives, no cut outs as per order request. Company refusing to accept their error or return of the item. Really disappointed in their total lack of customer care. Do not recommend!!

Buying a countertop basin to replace one of a pair that was damaged. Basin ordered 7/1, received 24/1. Apart from the long lead time, the product was wider, longer, shorter and more square than the dimensions and photo on the website. I pointed this out immediately, which they admitted that the supplier had changed the dimensions without telling them. Asked for a refund via email, after 5 days they offered me a 50% refund to keep the basin I didn't want. Good deal for them, poor deal for me. I again asked for a refund, with no reply after 4 days I told them I would dispute the transaction. They finally refunded the purchase price and shipping.
