I would like to express my profound gratitude to Mr Nazir , Suleiman and the rest of the team at Batley Law. They were diligent, patient and effective with their dealings throughout my asylum journey. And thankfully the results was positive in the end.

Applied for a Spouse Visa with Batley Law in November 2022. My case was handled by Waseem Nazir who is the senior managing partner and founder of Batley Law.

I can confirm that Waseem dealt with every aspect of our case from start to finish and he was also successful in securing a priority application service quite early on which helped my spouse to join me in March.

I would also like to point out that prior to approaching Waseem at Batley Law, other law firms were either refusing to take my case or were quoting lengthy timescales in which the visa may be processed.

Mr Waseem Nazir has been our family immigration solicitor. My family are from the Gabon and my wife and two children were aiming to obtain their Pre-Settled Status, with the associated biometric cards.
