Price was common, bat was available and in stock. Shipping was included and faster than most others, although i did pay extra to have it expedited to me next day. Will certainly shop Bats Plus again when im in the market for another bat!

UPDATE: After I posted my review about my experience with this business, the owner responded by calling me a “low IQ loser” and telling me to shop elsewhere.

To clarify, my issue was never simply that the business declined to price match. I was disappointed by the way the situation was handled and shared my experience as a customer. Instead of responding professionally or explaining the policy, the owner chose to personally insult me.

Customers are allowed to ask questions, inquire about pricing, and leave reviews based on their experiences. A business is also entitled to decline a price match. However, I don’t believe personal insults toward a customer are an appropriate or professional response.

His response is now part of my experience with this business, and I believe potential customers should be able to see it and make their own decision.

I understand that a business can clarify that an older social-media post is no longer an active policy. Had that simply been explained professionally, I could respect that. What I do not expect from a business is to be personally insulted for questioning information that had previously been advertised.

Regardless of the disagreement over the price match, the response from the business speaks for itself. Customers should be able to ask questions or leave feedback without being called names. This interaction confirmed my decision not to do business with Bats Plus.

⭐⭐ Disappointed With the Price-Match Policy

I was ready to purchase a Louisville Slugger KRYO Love the Moment bat from Bats Plus after seeing that they advertise price matching. I contacted them by both phone and message regarding a lower price I found for the same bat, but they would not honor the price match. I understand that businesses may have exclusions to their policies, but I wish those exclusions were made much clearer before customers take the time to contact the company expecting a price match.

I ultimately purchased the exact bat elsewhere, brand new, for considerably less. Unfortunately, Bats Plus lost a ready-to-buy customer over the way their advertised price-match policy was handled.

Only place I could find a Monsta in stock. Received my package in 2 days. Great service!
