Great Service, Communication was Fantastic and Great Service

I recently ordered an obscure charger for a hard drive that I could not find anywhere else. Not only was it spot on but great quality. This combined with a quick delivery. Excellent. Thanks team.

I accidentally bought a wrong item and their support team were understanding and swift to help me cancel the order without much issues.

Great prices, fast postage and excellent customer service.

Item as described at a good price, shipped in timely fashion and support team quick to answer query.

I’ve dealt with this company several times and can honestly say they deliver the goods every time. Their after sales service is always timely when I have any questions. In all, Battery Expert has a great range of products and always a pleasure to deal with.

Item was a little delayed during freighting due to Black Friday sales, however when I emailed for an update I received an immediate response. Item arrived and is exactly as advertised. Great service. Good company to deal with.

I recently cancelled an order, 24 hrs after placing the order, by contacting Batteryexpert using their contact page on their website.

I received a response within a day and money was entirely refunded within 2 weeks.

Excellent trustworthy service.

Fast delivery.
Cord is long and charging is super quick.

Great price on replacement batteries for my Canon camera.
Got two batteries for the price of one from other outlets.
Had an issue with the delivery
(not battery expert's fault) and they had my back with a successful outcome alround.
Battery Expert will be my first port of call when requiring replacement batteries.

Batteryexpert were very professional with my purchase. The first purchase went "missing" and it was replaced/resent with no problems. Very happy with them and would thoroughly recomend batteryexpert to anyone. Thanks team.

Approximately two months ago, an order was placed with this company. Despite follow-up inquiries, the items have yet to be received. The company maintains that the order was dispatched, yet no delivery has been confirmed, and a tracking number is unavailable. Furthermore, the company is requesting additional payment for redelivery, which is a matter of concern.

Really efficient service, placed my order and it was delivered - that’s how you do it!

Appreciate so much your fast reply
Helpful service went above and beyond ...
we also had unreasonable deadlines that you helped us to meet, so we're doubly grateful!

Had some issues with the shipping company. Customer service was great and willing to follow up the order for me.

I feel confident buying a battery from this business than I do from other suppliers because I've experienced batteries that I believe are claiming to have specs that are not necessarily true, I don't feel this with battery expert . Customer service was responsive with answering emails which was pleasing to know.
