Had to send numerous photos both times to show damage to packaging (before and after opening) and batteries. Gave 2 stars because at least the vendor agreed to a full refund which only took a few days.

Website specified wrong battery for my car. Wasn't able to check before buying as didn't have access to the vehicle. Cost of returning item is prohibitive. No one answers phone

So already have a great Pylontech US5000 Battery purchased 2 yrs ago so bought another for my system! The price is now £800 instead of £1600 2 yrs ago so fantastic Price! Battery arrived within 36 hrs of purchase and fully trackable as well. Was contacted by excellent to arrange delivery so great experience all round! Easy fit product which is already saving me money on electric bills! Thank you very much!

Great price quick delivery

I bought an off grid battery pack on 23rd March and still havent heard when it will be delivered. I have emailed them several times and they ask for an order number which I havent ever received. I sent them the invoice by email they sent me with all my details on it. They just keep asking for the order number. I have tried calling them three times today and no one ever answers the phone despite me waiting over 20 minutes. I would never use them again and will ask for a refund please.

Can’t put a minus 5 star or I would avoid this company like sypilis purchased small battery via Amozon’s it was a good price but arrived flat would not even start the 1.0 petrol car despite me charging it for 24 hours had it tested reading 3 volts faulty cells their after sales is crap they took 4 days to collect it and after 3 weeks of moaning to them finally got a refund only after complaining to Amozon’s do not buy from them !

Ordered a battery for my wife's car on Wednesday afternoon, arrived the day after. Unfortunately, I missed the delivery, but DX delivered the day after with no problem. Battery was charged and ready to go, excellent service all round.

We Brought a battery charger from this company when it arrives it has an european plug, nothing to say this when buying product. We rang up to try and talk about this and send back / re-order!! The person on the other end was Unbelievable mind blowing first £3.50 delivery £9.99 return? We had gone back on site and if you blow photo up many times on phone you could just make out eu plug if looking for it... Talking to representative she said this to us that there was a photo we said we had found the same charger way down on website for uk plug and it actually had a photo of just the uk plug next to exactly same other photos of the charger to which they just kept saying its not the same as order number is different, we tried to explain it would have a different order number ( common sense you would think) after many rounds of yes buts we decided to finish the call.... I wouldn't buy or even look at there website if thats the service you may need to have dealings with.

I paid £25 for one day delivery.... only to be told it was dispatched and will arrive 3 days after i ordered it. i understand that things cannot always be delivered on the exact date, but when you charge £25 to deliver a small box i think you are taking the mickey. i wont be using this company again.

Ordered something from them, I was drawn in by their competitive price, paid online, got an email invoice. After about 4 days I got another email to say my order had been cancelled/refunded due to the product not being in stock. No refund has been issued, now going to have to dispute with my bank to try and get the money back. Don't buy from them, complete scam.

Regardless of making several calls and providing my own regardings re: my faulty Varta AMG battery on my Mercedes which still has 4 years warranty remaining, I was asked to then get proof from a garage. I then got a printed out battery diagnostic check using professional equipment and stating the battery was faulty and needed replacing and sent to Battery group. But again they said this was not sifficient. I beleive that Battery Group have no intention of honuring any warranty claims made. So please AVOID THID COMPANY!!!!!!!!! I now need to buy another battery.

You are yet to even deliver my order more than 6 days ago since I ordered and now you asking for many stars I can you? Its just ridiculous. Please kindly send out my order first. Thanks.

Battery came within 2 days excellent service. Thoroughly recommend!

Really pleased with the price and quality of the battery.
The only downside was the delivery company DX which was poor.
