Ordered a battery and adapter for a…

Ordered a battery and adapter for a Dyson Vacuum Cleaner. They were advertised as a pair. Obviously BM didn’t have (or could get) the Adapter so refunded me this portion of the payment. Honest of them to do so but not why I shopped there in the first place. Now still looking for Adapter from an alternate supplier.

bad product, good shipping

Shipping was quick and good communication but product is bad. When plugged in, the laptop touchscreen doesn't work which means there is an issue with the charger (same laptop with original charger works well)

Dyson v6 to makita adapter

Very good communication & easy ordring proces. The only negative point is the despatch time still waiting for product ordered 2 weeks ago. The constant emails & text messages after purchase is a little excessive, but the delivery updates have been first class

the product is just not that great

the product is just not that great. ordered 24 squares of sound insulation foam each meant to be 2.5cm thick but half of them are soo thin, i think it could have been the way the were packaged

Ordered a battery for my Dyson and it wouldn't hold the charge. Very disappointed. wrote several emails regards my complaint and didn't get a response. This is the product description
