Ordered some Nike Metcon Trainers on the weekend, arrived on the Wednesday. Smooth - will use these guys again! Awesome

Placed my first order in the first lock down as Battlebox was the only place that stocked the Xendurance range, great price great service and fast delivery

Ordered a T-shirt in March. Didn't receive any dispatch confirmation or update for over two weeks so I emailed the company to request an update.

At this point I was told that the item I had ordered was out of stock and was offered a replacement. I did not want an alternative so asked for a refund.

Since then the company have not responded to my emails and no refund has been processed.

Reading the reviews here I notice a large number of the 5* reviews are posted under strange names and on the same day. The more I read the more this seems like a scam.

1 - my name in the review and my order are the same.
2 - my order number is 28136.
3 - judging by reviews you seem to forget every customer when you refuse them refunds

Wouldn’t use again, bought a belt, after 2 weeks heard nothing and didn’t get any response from messages on their website or Facebook page so had to phone them. Was then told the one I had ordered was out of stock (wander when they would of let me know if I hadn’t phoned!) they then sent another belt, which was £5 cheaper and wasn’t offered a refund for that money.

In response, my review is on your customer service which is quite obvious when you read it. Noticed you wrote on another review that your team work ‘24/7’ and reply on all platforms, which is a lie, I have screenshots of all of my ignored messages to you on both your website and Facebook.

Edit : Please show me a screenshot of you saying there is a delay in shipping as that message is totally fictional!

poor quality
ordered two face masks and i was very surprised when they arrived. thin, not exactly sure what they could be used for, the colours and transfer were not like in the pictures. all in all very disappointed. sent back for a refund at my own cost and still waiting for the refund. will not use again or will i be at liberty to recommend,

you dont even get return postage or a full refund. shocking company stay clear of them..
you have tried to deny that it actually was you that sent them out in emails, i never wore them as they are crap, i sent you the post office proof of purchase,how can you make a sweeping statement about me when you dont know me? your just a hideous company that lies. i can back my comments up with emails and photographic proof. disgraceful reply so you prove your not worth the time of day.

I ordered a product from Battle Box UK in December and am desperately trying to get hold of them to follow up on delivery. They do not respond to emails, phone calls or even Twitter. Appalling customer service!
