Jo visited my mum in her care home and mum was more than happy with her treatment. Thank you 😊

The podiatrist is always helpful and pleasant. The level of care is good and it is easy to make appointments online

Very friendly and helpful will be back in November

Professional, comprehensive, friendly.

The whole experience was superb with very clear communication about the problem and the resolution.

Excellent value for money.

Excellent treatment again by real experts who are lovely people as well

Jo was very helpful at my first consultation in July 2024. She explained all the issues and advised me of the treatments required. I then realised I could manage my feet problems with Jo's assistance and medical treatments which made feel really positive. My next appointment was in September and Jo was able to see I had made improvements and I will continue with the medication and will see her again in November to review my progress. Thank you Jo for your help and for explaining everything to me.

Excellent service very thorough and very friendly and experienced person

Bright clean environment, Beckie was great explaining everything to me. I actually recognised her, as 2 years ago she went to my mum and dads to see my mum who had dementia and could no longer go outside, I remember the care and empathy she showed towards my mum, sadly my mum passed away but I’ll never forget Beckies kindness, she is a lovely lady and makes you feel totally at ease, a credit to Bay Podiatry! I enjoyed my whole experience and will certainly be going back🙂

Excellent service

Today's experience was fabulous as ever! I always leave with a spring in my step. Although my feet are fine and I have no (known) underlying conditions, I have always thought it is worthwhile looking after my feet. I highly recommend to everyone that they do this and if reasonably local to you, Bay Podiatry is definitely the place to go.

After trying numerous over the counter treatments, I have completed a course of swift microwave treatment for verucas. I’ll be honest it’s painful but quick which makes it tolerable and there’s very little discomfort after the appointment. It has taken 5 treatments but the verucas have totally gone. I am so happy!
Steve was knowledgeable, professional and kind. The clinic is extremely clean and the staff are all friendly. I would definitely recommend!

Joe was friendly and very professional she made me feel comfortable and I understood everything she was going to do

Excellent service as always.
The staff are lovely and very professional,
Gave me excellent advice
Keep up the good work

It’s very seldom these days that you receive a service that completely exceeds expectations
Enter Bay Podiatry - (Jo) identified a problem with the ball of my foot and quickly put in place a remedial programme which totally resolved the problem.
Sounds weird but your feet are their passion, treat yourself

Amazing service, lovely place, very clean and comfortable. First I had a consultation explaining what the treatment would be which was great. Would recommend this practice and Jo

Comfortable & knowledgeable..highly recommend..ive booked for regular appointments.

I had a really brilliant appointment - expert advice, swift treatment and super friendly approach. I'd been dreading having my feet looked at, but I was put at ease straight away. I would definitely recommend!
