Overpriced, price points designed to make you spend extra extra for their "deal", self contradictory shipping tracking, lying about delayed delays 3x over. In a string of bad purchases, this is the one I regret most.

Terrible customer service, slow shipping, outrageous shipping charges and questionable tax rates. Buyer beware!

I requested a return on the company site and found out a request just for a RETURN SHIPPING LABEL has to be "approved".Approved for what?! To see if my excuse for the return is a good enough reason for them?!It has been 2 weeks since I sent the so called "return label request" and NOTHING has been done and my MULTIPLE emails and chat regarding this matter have NOT been replied to AT ALL.It's as if they are deliberately ignoring me in order to weasel their way out of refunding my money.
AND not only that but they have a $4 deduction "return fee" on ALL returns regardless of fault on their part,so you DO NOT get your full refund.I have used hundreds of online shopping sites and have had to return ALOT of items bought from MANY online stores and have NEVER been put through such a deliberate time delay.This company's return policy is a scam.Do yourself a favor and don't risk losing money over this greedy store.Buy from Kent brush company or Zeus.

I received my Kent Boar Bristle brush and so far its been wonderful on my hair which tangles easily and frequently throughout the day. BaySide had several good deals and they even added an extra very cute hair clip to my order! I ordered the Camila Solingen CS07 Small Professional Barber Shears. The Shears worked perfect on cutting my ends. I have very thick long hair and they sliced through creating a nice clean edge without any troubles. Lastly I purchased the Camila Paris Women's French Hair Clip Claw. It is smaller than I thought it would be so for my thick hair I can clip only half of it up, but it does hold that half up very well. No Slipping around. I have a feeling if I purchased a big one it would be just as sturdy. Thank you Bayside Brush!! :)

My first order from Bayside Brush Company, and I was thrilled with the beautiful static-resistant brush, but no so much with the broken octopus claw clip, which delivered broken! A quick call to customer service and presto! A replacement was on the way immediately. True Customer Service, thank you Bayside Brush Company. The new clip arrived intact and as anticipated.

I love,love,love my wood comb. Glides so effortlessly through my hair

I recently bought “The Ann” comb with wider-spaced and rounded teeth, this is a great comb for quick comb through.
Also the wooded bristle brush, works great for my short hair, very pleased, highly recommend.

Always delighted with my purchases. Clips are strong, well made, and beautiful. I wear mine daily and love getting compliments.

Previously I have only thought I could find good quality and pretty hair 'ornaments' at a foreign company. I've been pleasantly pleased with what I purchased. The barrettes fit well and the head band is not a headache inducing item. I will purchase again in the future.

Received items. The hair clip was broken. Sent a message on how to return. Have not gotten a response. The envelope it came in wasn’t thick enough to protect item. .
