to be fair ive had a pretty good overall experience with BBH , i know little of the legal world , but rebecca harrison walked me through and explained all i needed to know , emails was answered within 24hrs or less , and most of the time i got through to her by phone straight away , which is allways a bonus

Ours was a tough sale (due to further down the chain) but Catherine clearly loves a challenge and was brilliant throughout! Also Emma in her absence, who is also dealing with our purchase! They were efficient all the way through and our emails were never left unanswered! Lynn at FOH was so kind and helpful and always available when we had a quick question! I cannot reccomend BBH Legal enough! Thank you

I received good service from BBH. The team were friendly and approachable and kept the process easy although my case took longer than expected. My case was handled by Monika O'Donnell who I found to be pleasant, friendly and professional. My only criticism is that I felt I chased for progress reports if I hadn't received any contact during the week. Even if there isn't anything to report I think clients just need to have a weekly email or telephone call to reassure things are still.moving on.

We were significantly overcharged for dealing with my Dads will and probate.
Once challenged We did get a refund.
It was a fairly straightforward case and there were no unforeseen circumstances.
Had I not checked the original quote against the bill it would not have been picked up by BBH.
Communication overall from this company was extremely poor!
