Great customer service dealing with order

I would have given a five star review, but I had to hunt down my delivery date by making a phone call to customer service after ordering a grill that was said to be in stock. The upside to my effort was how wonderfully professional the customer service rep was in taking care of tracking down my order and getting it sent on its way. Still a good experience and a great product, so I would definitely recommend BBQsGrills.com.

Took forever and bad customer service.

I ordered parts for my Napoleon grill. I took over two months to get them. By mistake I ordered the wrong part, and then, you did not want to exchange the part, instead you suggested I drill holes in it. Stainless Steel! Not easy to drill holes in STEEL. To sum it up: You guys took forever to deliver and once you did, you failed at customer service.

Poor customer service response, bad ETA communication. Buy elsewhere.

Your customer service team is extremely slow to respond. Took me multiple emails on a number of occasions to get a response. Your ETAs on backordered product are very misleading. I got two different etas and ultimately canceled my order due to poor customer service and bad ETAs and bought my grill elsewhere which was delivered in less that a week.

BBQSGRILLS website is excellent and their sales team is the best. They were able to get brand new Napolean brand replacement replacement grates for me in a timely manner. They were not available from any other site. The price was great and the delivery was made on the date they told me it would be made. Do not order from here - Website shows "in stock" when it's not

Ordered a few items that all showed in stock on 11/28/2023, these "in stock" items were finally delivered yesterday on 1/25/24. This is with one item removed because I got tired of waiting. I absolutely do not recommend ordering from BBQSGRILLS. Even after all the back and forth and the complete inaccuracies of their own site, they still charged their crazy high shipping fee when my items came 2 months later. Poor customer service.

If you are planning on ordering from them, prepare to wait a very long time for your order.

Suggestion: Fix your site so it is accurate or remove the "In Stock" label it is very deceiving.
