Hired a coach to get our wedding guests from a hotel in central Barcelona out to our venue near Sitges. I changed the number of passengers like three times the week before the wedding, but the booking office was super patient about it. On the actual day, there was a sudden road closure near the hotel so the bus couldn't pull up right to the door. The driver just called my best man right away, explained where he was parked, and they walked the guests a minute down the block. Bus was clean and cool. No complaints at all.

Booked a premium coach for an investor tour around Rotterdam and Delft. The bus was spotless and the onboard wifi actually worked for once

We rented an 18 seater. the fridge on board was a great touch to keep our drinks cold. seats reclined back quite far so most of us actually napped on the return journey back to London. And Communication via email was quick and they answered all my questions before booking. Thanks!

Used this service for a team trip from New York City to Philadelphia. The booking process was straightforward and no hidden fees which i appreciate. The bus was in good shape, though the onboard wifi was a bit slow at times. Overall, they got us there safely and on time. Would use BCS Bus again for the next conference.

We took the 55-seater for a long haul down to DC. I’m 6’2” and usually dread being cramped on these trips, but the reclining seats actually had decent legroom. I managed to sleep for a few hours, which never happens. The on-board bathroom was surprisingly clean , honestly a rare find with charter buses. Our driver was very steady on the highway, didn't slam on the brakes once.Definitely worth the extra cost just to arrive feeling actually rested

we had a long drive so we booked the large coach. having a working WC on board was super convenient, didn't have to stop every hour. plenty of space for 50 people. good reliable service.

Had to organise transport for a whole group and was honestly a bit stressed about it. Booking with BCS turned out to be straightforward, no weird steps or hidden extras. The bus was clean, spacious and comfy, with enough legroom that a few of us actually slept most of the way. The driver arrived early, helped with the bags and didn’t rush anyone, which made loading up much easier. Took a lot of pressure out of the trip and felt reliable from start to finish.
