Professional, efficient and friendly BEA cars really do offer a first class service. We have used them on several occasions for airport transfers to Heathrow and Gatwick from Southampton. I highly recommend this company without hesitation.

A great service transfer to Ocean Terminal and back kept informed re pick ups and very pleasant drivers made it easy for us and one less thing to think about then found out that they also provided the prom service for grandson and his pals the same week. would use again and recommend

BEA / Colin: Thank you for yesterday’s prom transport, a beautiful car (Mercedes S class) with friendly and reliable driver! Communication when booking and progressing the booking nearer the time was excellent and very flexible and patient when we kept changing pickup time. Perfectly timed arrival on the day made it stress free. Colin’s extensive experience of doing prom runs also helped to ensure our girls were perfectly timed arriving at the venue, much appreciated. Thank you BEA, will definitely recommend and use again when needed! (Must also comment on this being very good value for money compared to many other quotes we got for prom transport - definitely recommend for a fair price)

I was delighted with the service recently received from BEA cars. I hired them for my wedding day and then for airport transfers for our honeymoon. Communication was always spot on, via both email and over the phone. The cars were spotless. Both drivers we had we were friendly, knowledgeable of the roads and could not have been any more accommodating to our needs.
The bottle of fizz for the journey to our wedding reception, and on our journey to the airport was such a lovely touch, and we were made to feel like VIP’s!
I would absolutely use BEA cars again for any future events, and I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone.

Deep joy. We first became aware of BEA earlier this year as they collected us on our return from a Sega cruise. Colin was wonderful. He was waiting for us when we disembarked, helped with our luggage and he made sure we were comfortable for our short journey.

We just had a trip to Berlin and booked BEA to take us to Heathrow and bring us back on our return. Going we had Mel. He arrived on time, made sure we were settled and took us to Heathrow in an exemplary manner. Today Sam collected us for our return journey. As soon as we touched down he messaged to let us know he was waiting for us. When we met up with him, he was exactly where he said he would be, and with my name displayed on a tablet. He immediately took my case and guided us to the car park. Again, an exemplary journey.

All three drivers were smartly dressed, kind and courteous. Each vehicle was spotlessly clean. We were offered water on each occasion. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend BEA. I will never use anyone else for airport transfers. They can definitely be relied upon and continually keep in touch. Booking and payment is very easy. Wonderful.

We used BEA cars to pick us up after a Taylor swift gig at Wembley.
The communication from our driver Sam was excellent & he was exactly where he said he’d be at the time we expected.
The car was spotless & extremely comfortable.
We were provided with bottles of water & pillows meaning some of the younger guests in our party were able to get some decent sleep on the way back.
Would not hesitate to use BEA cars again, Sam exceeded all expectations.

Disappointing after all the reviews I read. I used this service for my wedding car Colin turned up early 10:40 rather than the stated 11am to leave at 11:15 & arrive at the venue for 11:45 therefore I felt rushed to go I had to leave my bridesmaids & my make up artist at my house & my neighbour had to lock up. We were at the venue so early that we drove past my husband to be & family etc outside. We then had to drive round the corner & wait in the hot car for half an hour. It wasn’t ideal to say the least & ruined the first part of my day as I felt stressed

The vehicle was the best car I have ever been in, Driven from Cumbria to Heathrow. No discomfort perfect driver, perfect car. Could never ever be beaten. Thank You Sam

BAE cars provided a fantastic service for our wedding. The booking process was clear and simple, and Colin was quick to respond and organised everything perfectly, going above and beyond with the little details, like ordering ribbons to match our colour scheme. On the wedding day, the car arrived promptly and was beautifully decorated. It was very comfortable inside, with drinks and even mirrors to do a final make up check on arrival. Colin was a great driver and the perfect gentleman all day, waiting patiently when we were running a bit late! Thank you so much for helping to make our wedding day perfect. We would not hesitate to recommend BAE cars!

Absolutely superb service from booking through to the day, matched the ribbons and bows perfectly. Were kept informed , well the times, cars would leave. Sam was an absolute delight, cars pure class and luxurious, absolutely spotless, truly recommend cannot praise enough 11/10

What can I say? Well first time I’ve used them amazing from the beginning professional text you the day before to let you they haven’t forgotten you witch is a plus and the return trip from the airport had a text again saying he was waiting for us in the arrivals.
