What an awesome and spectacularly well run event! I will be recommending to absolutely everyone I know! Even if you’ve never done any jiu jitsu before, it is still such a great day!! 🤙🏼

Amazing day , not only for the awesome BJJ seminars but the smaller details taken care of in between. I Have taken a lot of info away from Sunday and already trying to implement a more positive approach to everything.
I have to add as a mum of a coeliac we live with dietary restrictions and these were taken care of for people , these may seem small things to some but do make a huge difference to people .
Your staff & sponsors were pretty awesome and helpful all day .

Honestly a fantastically ran event. Full from start to finish with both top level BJJ input and life improving information/tips. I couldn’t recommend enough. Well done to all involved 🤙🤙

Fantastic! I thoroughly enjoyed the sessions. Clearly a well thought through day to give the Brazilian jiu jitsu practitioner a wider view on improving their game. Thanks so much organisers, we're looking forward to a weekend-long event next year!

Superseded expectations! The event was well organised, and the content was of genuine value, I found the Cold water therapy and Performance Seminars relation to the JiuJitsu tied in really nicely, and gained much more from these than I thought I would. The Yoga was a welcome break between the sessions and rolling. The seminars with Ash had great technical content but more of value was the insights he gave into his training, comp prep and mindset which I would say summarize quite nicely the overall value to the day.....I went along expecting to learn some Jiu Jitsu techniques and found the overall experience to be much more, I hope to apply these lessons to my day to day training.

This was a brilliant day spawned from a brilliant idea. Too often BJJ events are quick to churn out the seminars and cater to the combative side of things, but by widening the scope even just a little into more of an overall health and well-being targeted experience, the average seminar attendee immediately gets far more than they bargained for.

The event organisers made everyone aware that as this was the maiden voyage, they were pushed for time and trying to keep everything on schedule. With that said, none of the segments throughout the day felt rushed or incomplete. A huge success for a first run and I can’t wait for the next one!

Fantastic event at an unbelievable venue. Event organisers Ricky, Mo and Becky were on hand all day if you needed anything. Instruction from Ash was world class and being able to roll with him was a genuine highlight. The lunch provided was genuinely tasty. Can’t wait for next year and I hope they make it 2 days!!

What a fantastic concept, executed brilliantly made for an amazing day. Seminars from a world class player, interspersed with off mat performance evolutions such as yoga, cold water immersion and mental performance.

I had a great time at the event in Exmouth, August 2022.
The location and venue were fantastic and the hosts were very welcoming. I would love to come back, especially if it is a 2 day event!

The day was a great success. I learnt many things that I will be taking home to work on. There were a lot pointers that are sure to improve my game and I look forward to putting it into practice!

The event was incredibly smooth with a wide range of subjects. I cannot praise the organisers enough.

Amazing event and very well planned . I loved every aspect of the seminar and thoroughly enjoyed the yoga and cold water education to change things up a little . I feel like i have learnt alot and plan to incorporate yoga , breathing exercises, cold exposure and more planned recovery in my day-to-day life . Cant wait to see what beachfront bjj do with the upcoming seminars and i am 100% on board for future events , strongly recommend everyone to try wether you are a beginner or competitor, old or young! It suits all walks of life

Really, really, really enjoyed my day! Clear instruction from Ash Williams enabling me to bring on my game. Beautiful weather and location with chance for a dip in the sea and a talk about how beneficial that can be. Lunch provided. Some much needed yoga practice to stretch out my ageing limbs before an afternoon of sparring. Really well put together and organised. Great to get the chance to roll with new people and make new friends within the BJJ community. 100% will be attending this event again!
