DO NOT buy a car from here. If I could give it no stars I would. My partner bought a car from this waste of a human body..First of all, the guy is rude and his customer service is disgusting. He sat on the phone the whole time we were in his office dealing with him.
Just as we were about to drive away I noticed there was only 3 nuts on both rear wheels (which we made him sort out) should of just walked away at that point!! and it also had a TPMS service light on, he told us to just blow up the tyre's, it infact was a issue with the tyre valve as he had put an old tyre on the car days before. 3 days later the handbrake broke, and the TMPS light was still on, he told us to take it to a garage near us as we were 70 miles away and he would reimburse us. (not a chance did we trust him) so we took the car back to him for him to sort out and fix. This turned into a massive argument and he then refused to fix any problems with the car. He told us he had done a in-house service on it yet there was no screen wash in the car.
We told him that we no longer want the car and want our deposit back. He only only gave me £400 of the £500 back cos we still had the spare key ( which didnt work) and some old mot's. we didn't have a log book for the car as he never actually sent off the V5C for new keeper. I eventually got the other £100 back once we took the spare key back and paperwork back. His attitude was disgusting. We have been left out of pocket by alot due to having to drive 70 miles several times.
He literally didn't care and he actually said this to my partner. All good reviews are definitely 1 million percent fake. He is a vile man and a con artist.

Bought a car for my daughter which had a couple of faults. They said they’d put them right so I left the car with them. What a mistake that was!! They had it a week, the faults weren’t fixed, half a tank of petrol was used AND when I picked it up it had a big scratch on the back bumper which wasn’t previously there. The ‘main man’ tried to tell me they hadn’t caused the scratch - I have photos to prove it wasn’t there before. This garage are an absolute joke. Don’t give them your money

bunch of scam artists didn’t even spend my v5c after purchasing my car despite saying the would caused me lots of headaches all the good reviews are fake as they tell you to leave a review before buying the car do NOT trust this people

I bought my first car Ford ka 1.2 from Beadlow motors, the car is low mileage and in excellent condition. I must say this that I cannot be able to find that type of ford ka on other places, Beadlow motor is just exceptional.

The manager was very helpful with retrieving the car from a workshop they had it in for a stitching repair to the seat.

I just got a car from Beadlow motors, good service so far. I am heading home let’s see how the car I driving first 90 miles in my heands

Good car from what I can tell...£95 extra for 365 AA cover ... and a months warranty...fix there or get garage receipt and the manager will refund. Friendly service

I would NOT purchase from Beadlow Motors again. They do not live up to their website promise of being able to buy with confidence. Despite buying a warranty (for which they don’t provide paperwork so is useless when you have a problem) I have a car with poor heating and no internal lighting. I had to take back twice because of glow plug problems (first time wasn’t done properly). Customer service and communication was poor. I definitely recommend avoiding

Beware of these con artists!

I had the worst experience with this dealership. I purchased a car from them a few months ago, and the car broke down unexpectedly. When I contacted them about the issue, they refused to help, saying it was no longer their problem and that I was "on my own." It’s clear they have no regard for customer service or the quality of the vehicles they sell. They misrepresented the condition of the car, and now I’m stuck with a broken-down vehicle and no support. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from these scammers. They’re only interested in taking your money and leaving you high and dry.

If I could put a minus I would bought a car from these cowboys. Not cheap picked car up and on driving it home the car warning light came on to advise to stop immediately I was in the M25 Motorway only drove 41 miles tried to pull into yellow SOS lay-by and had no breaks had to use hand break to screech to a stop. Called them and they could not recovery me. Said her it recovered and they will sort. I had to pay£176 to recover to my home. Beadlow came to pick it up the next day and said they will fix it and deliver it back to me. I needed a new break master cylinder. They fixed it and then refused to pay the recovery charge and refused to deliver it back to me. Collected it drove it back home and then the next day when I turned the wheel there was a big clunking noise. Spring gone I refused to take it back to them to fix and as still under warranty took it to my loca garage as could not drive it back which is over 2 hrs away garage sent the quote of £200 and they refused to pay the full amount so another £90 out of pocket.

Also all these positive reviews must be fake as when you get there thy ask you to leave a positive review
